The pillows were covered in plastic, shower was warm for 45 seconds. One towel in the room. And the rooms faced to the open atrium of a shopping mall. Loud. Uncomfortable bed and pillows, shower was barely warm. Room had no windows or fan.

Because this hotel is located above a small shopping mall, it is extremely noisy. During the entire day, we were bothered by the noise and the rooms are not very soundproof. Also, the shower was not very hot.

Great location downtown Tunja, near everything. Great personnel, kind, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Good and sufficient breakfast every morning. Clean everywhere, good enough shower temperature and pressure, Comfy beds and pillows, my bed was huge. Great value for the money. Many restaurants, stores, pharmacies nearby. Close to bus stops and access to taxis a few feet away. You can pay with your credit card ? A outdated TV but it works anyway, remote was a little stubborn. Curtain in the shower, tends to stick to you body. Minor details but I’ll go back to this hotel without any hesitation, love it ?

I could securely store my bicycle in my rather small room. Room had everything I needed. No ventilation - air was damp after shower and my wet clothes didn't dry properly.

I was happy to have a room toward the back of the hotel. It was really quiet which I loved. On my previous visit my room was near the kitchen and I could hear the early morning breakfast preparation. This time was so much better:)
