Rooms are clean. Outside areas could use some love. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious 10/10! Didn't experience bar service but the area is very nice. Overall we had a very nice stay.

We have stayed here several times on the way down to the beach. Always clean and friendly. This trip their AC was not working very well and we could not sleep well. We let them know so maintenance could work on it.

There were some minor things that needed attention. Like the thermostat in our room. The display was burning out so you had to guess the missing parts to know what the room temperature was. There were no instructions as to how to operate it. I did ask for help at the desk but had to figure out some on my own. Ice machine on our floor and the next floor was out. Third try was a “charm”. I wasn’t informed about that either. Over all it was a nice place to stay. We didn’t purchase their breakfast so we can’t advise if that is worth the extra money or not.

Just wanted to note the flooring around the pool is VERY slick. I know this is an easy fix but should be something that’s mentioned. Our little ones were slipping very easily and it could’ve been much worse if you aren’t super careful!

Location was great, easy access to downtown Tupelo. Restaurants and shopping very convenient - the staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Parking was problematic - too many vehicles not enough parking Breakfast was reasonably priced, $10.95 Buffet, however all the food was COLD. Even waited for another tray of eggs and from the kitchen they were COLD. Bacon, sausage, COLD, and the gravy for biscuits was COLD. I was charged $4.00 for hot tea, but no charge for coffee! Why this is, I requested a refund and gave them a tea bag back.

Staff was helpful. Breakfast was fresh. The room was clean. The room needs to be updated for $200/night.

Enjoyed the stay, was disappointed that breakfast wasn't included like was listed and had to pay a ticket for breakfast. Overall good experience will stay again. That I had to pay for breakfast
