The location felt uncomfortable, there was a couple of people at and around the hotel that made my family feel uncomfortable. The room was dirty in different areas. The floor was very unclean.

When we got to our room the tv didn’t work, refrigerator and microwave was not plugged up. The room was not clean at all. Dust everywhere ac unit was dirty, under the shower mat it was black. Walk ways to the room was so dirty

My room had roaches in it. The air didn’t work right. The sheets were scratchy and the bed was super hard. Tv remote could only turn the tv on and off and couldn’t change channels. The coach in there was ripped and stained very badly. They would not refund me the money and charged me twice on my bank account. Will NEVER use this place again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

A clean, fresh room is the bare minimum guests should expect, but this hotel failed to provide that. The poor housekeeping and unpleasant smell made my stay extremely uncomfortable. I was very disappointed with the condition of the room and would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.
