Our next visit was Thursday, 8/6/26. Everything was ok but the breakfast food that was supposed to be hot was cold. Very disappointed with both experiences. Would not recommend.

We loved our stay! Friendly staff, clean room, no carpets 🙌, the board games and pool table were very nice to play with the kids.

The overall rooms were clean and comfortable. We appreciated the breakfast options—there was something for everyone. We had three rooms during our stay. In one of the queen bedrooms, one of the beds had a strong urine odor that we didn’t notice until the baby was already asleep in the pack‑n‑play. Because of the smell, we were unable to sleep in that bed. Since the baby was asleep, we chose to stay in the room and alert the hotel in the morning. At 5:45 a.m., the smoke alarms went off and woke everyone. There was no communication from staff unless guests went downstairs to ask. Someone should have been on each floor explaining that it was a false alarm. When checking out, we mentioned the foul‑smelling mattress, but there was no apology or acknowledgment from the staff. That lack of response was disappointing.

The only downside was that the bed wasn’t very comfortable for us. Other than that, everything was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable. Lobby area is very nice for small gatherings. They offer items for purchase.

Checkin was easy and we loved getting the welcome bags with water and popcorn. The room was fairly clean, however, there was mold/mildew at the bottom of the shower door. Also, there were not any luggage holders. The bed was comfortable.
