Beautiful location and facilities. Great pool Everything was great

It’s exclusivety. Our stay was perfect. I’ve regret not staying longer.

It is modern. Beautiful scenery. The swimming pool is not heated and the sauna seemed to be closed.
-
Location and view from the restaurant terrace. Pool area not maintained - dog hair on the sun benches, no towels unless you go to the spa and ask. Music inappropriate for such a venue. Pool dirty and requires renovation and a heater. Cabins have no view and need renovation. No investments took place in this venue - and it shows. Massively overprices for the value you get - avoid. Also, they dont offer open white wine by the glass - unacceptable. Food / breakfast ok’ish.

The property itself is located in a gorgeous location, next to a river, and with stunning mountain views. A lot of wild life sightings too! We contacted the hotel days before our stay to hire a driver to take us back to the city. After paying a hefty amount, considering it was a holiday, we had a young driver ready. 20 min before reaching the city, one of the tires in the vehicle exploded, and we pulled over along the main (and highly trafficked) highway. The driver had no spare tire or reception to call for assistance. We allowed him to use our phones but no one answered. Thankfully, we managed to get an Uber, who kindly drove us into the city and dropped off the driver at the nearest service station. We never heard from the property about the incident, not even to check if we made it to our destination safely.

Everything was amazing. The staff was incredible. The rooms were perfect. 10/10! There are no prices on the menu so ask before accidentally order the most expensive bottle in the menu ?

Breakfast was amazing. Staff help you with booking restaurants around if needed. The view is stunning

Everything - Casa Petrini was great across the board and a luxurious oasis in Valle de Uco. From the moment Antonela greeted us, we felt welcome and well taken care of. She is a wonderful asset to the property. Our room was beyond comfortable and allowed us a well needed rest after a long, hot week in Buenos Aires followed by a flight to Mendoza and full day of wine tasting in Valle de Uco. The pool provided some much needed evening relaxation with a magnificent view of the Andes. Both meals (dinner & breakfast) were really enjoyable and well prepared. Joel was a gracious host for our dinner and made it a relaxing evening, as did the gentleman who served us at breakfast whose name we unfortunately forget. All in, we had the best night of our Argentinian vacation at Casa Petrini, and we highly recommend staying here. For what it is worth, we had no issues communicating with the staff in English, Spanish or Spanglish. The hotel also reached out to us the day before via WhatsApp to review all the details of our arrival, and everything ran smoothly. We loved every minute of our stay, and our only regret is that we did not stay longer.

Good sized room (bungalow). Excellent staff (except very limited English - although sign language seemed to work well enough.) Very good breakfast and the restaurant, in general, was quite good. Very pretty grounds with lots of desertscape and wildflowers. Some fun dogs and cats floating around. We didn't try the pool, but it looked nice. Nice views of snow-capped mountains in the distance. The facilities could have been better. A gym in the spa, for example, would have been welcome.

Staff is fantastic and always willing to help. The food is great, rooms are comfortable, the location is stunning and the wine is fantastic. While it is a great hotel, in a stunning location, they lack attention to detail as we would expect for a 5-star luxury hotel. The amenities' quality don't go along the price we paid. The massage did not please anyone in the family (poor technique, lights were on, long nails, repetitive music). We also missed having healthier options for breakfast. Another example is that we were greeted with a nice cheese and sparkling wine, but no knife to cut the cheese or wine opener to open the bottle.

The service was spot-on fresh m every staff member. The front office went above and beyond to accommodate anything we needed- art purchase, money exchange, securing drivers, helping with winery reservations, etc.
