Dragut Point North Hotel

I loved how quiet the hotel was, especially considering its central location. There was no noise from the street or other guests, allowing me to sleep undisturbed.

Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the room spotless without disrupting my routine. I noticed they took care of the small details, like folding my clothes neatly.

hotel felt brand new, with everything from the floors to the furniture looking fresh and well-maintained. The decor was modern, with stylish but comfortable touches.

housekeeping staff were friendly and always made sure I had everything I needed. They were quick but thorough, and I never had to ask for extra toiletries or towels.

location was central but not too close to the noisy areas, which was a perfect balance for a peaceful stay.

The check-in process was seamless and quick. The staff were efficient and helped me get to my room within minutes of arriving.

The staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. They provided me with extra blankets when I requested them and helped me with local recommendations.

The hotel’s design struck the right balance between modern and comfortable. It had a stylish, clean aesthetic without feeling too clinical.

The staff were always available when I needed assistance. They didn’t hover, but whenever I asked for help, they were quick and courteous.

The room was bright and airy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. It made the space feel more open and welcoming.

Only location was good Safety problems as every key opened every bedroom door so never felt safe as anyone could enter ! The baddest all inclusive hotel I’ve been in ever

The price is this place's only redeeming feature. The food is horrible, the place is too small, there isn't anything to do apart from lie on the beach, there are wild cats and dogs that come and bother you at dinner, you get solicited to visit a dodgy-sounding spa. It's gross.

It was close the see and watching sunset was nice. Room was not clean, smelling from the bathroom and very small. Since the cleaning is also not good, you don’t want to touch anywhere. Air conditioning water was dropping from the ceiling, making wet area on the ground. Later we learned from other guests that, guests who complained about the hotel are offered food and other facilities from the Dragut South Hotel which has the same owner. Food was awful and if you are late, you are unlucky to see how the cleaning is done which is most probably against any cleaning regulations anywhere. At the end, if you decide to stay here, you will regret your decision.

Service, not particularly friendly or helpful. Food, poor quality, and not enough of it. Only a tiny throw on the bed, no sheet, barely enough for one person. It was all a bit mean spirited overall.
