The bidet is a waste of space!

No AC, they provided us with a fan that made our stay a little better. We had to open the windows at night for the room temperature to be better.

Location!! Air Conditioning 10 star! AM free Coffee! Friendly staff Tub with shower wand takes some attention.

Slightly larger room, also normally streetcar runs outside but current roadwork meant that it didn't.

So close to where we dropped our rental car. Walking distance to see many sights if you are into walking though out the town. No breakfast was offered, but free coffee (from a machine) 24/7

The location. It was very easy to find and near the train station. There were a couple of homeless people sleeping in front of the hotel at night although I felt sorry for the homeless people

Very central for our overnight stay in Turin. Room was historic room, so it was understandable that the facilities aren't the most modern. But the room had its charm. Perfect size for three adults. The people at the reception were very helpful and friendly. Close to the train station, and airport shuttle. It was a bit noisy due to the tram, but there were no trams at night.

The location, cleanliness, and 24/7 frint desk. Both of the rooms I had were quite noisy. One was just above the restaurant below which went late. The other was a courtyard room that i took thinking it would be quieter. Construction noise started early in the morning and was much worse than the street sounds.

It was convenient to walk around town. It was literally across from the train station. Our room literally was where the buses and cable cars were. They did not turn the air conditioner on, and it was very hot in the room and you could not open the window. We had to use a sound machine as loud as it could go to be able to sleep.

Very good value and very close to station, with easy access to central Turin. Staff were friendly and helpful. Area is close to station and not the quietest/nicest. Having said that, it's pretty typical for a station area, and "deal breaker" by any means.

Only 2 plug sockets in room....1 in bedroom & 1 in bathroom.

The rooms were so nice. The coffee in the morning was amazing as well. The shower was fabulous and the ability to change the temperature in the room was nice as well. There was limited space to put things in the bathroom like for toiletries and I couldn’t figure out how to work or turn off the towel warmer.

Excellent location. Modern facilities. Friendly staff. Comfortable bedding. No breakfast possibilities.

Excellent location No breakfast ☹️

As happens sometimes we got the Booking room(worst room). It had no WiFi and was the farthest away from the elevator. We went back to complain and the girl at reception was not very excited about helping us, but eventually she found us another room. Quess what, this one not only had WiFi, but a mini fridge, a nice view, free water and it was much easier to get to! So..after all that the second room was fine! See above

Perfect location right across from the train station. Room is small but cozy with a desk and closet nook. Nice large (for Italy) bathroom. Everything was very nice and clean. There was some kind of equipment just outside my room on the second floor that made a constant humming sound. The ac was also a bit loud, but grateful for cool air.
