I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, respectful, and responsible, always willing to assist whenever needed. The room was very clean and well maintained, the bed was extremely comfortable, and everything felt welcoming and pleasant. The location is excellent—right in the city center and very close to the metro, making it easy to get around and explore the city. Despite being so central, the hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Overall, a great combination of excellent location, comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the metro and within easy walking distance of the city center, yet the area itself is surprisingly quiet. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were also genuinely welcoming and always ready to help. Overall, a relaxing and pleasant experience.I’d happily come back.

Value for money was excellent. Staff were incredible helpful and polite. Aircon was a godsend in the scorching heat. Parking was secure and reasonably priced. Breakfast was fresh and tasty with homemade cakes . Shower good and hot. Everything we needed. For the money, this exceeded our expectations. .Nothing

Exceptional staff: we had an issue with arrival in Torino (long delays) and the staff accommodated our requests for the room admirably! I could not be more thankful!! The room has all the things needed for a brief and comfy stay. AC, hot shower, comfy bed. Recommend! Nothing!

For this price, the location is awesome and the conditions inside are amazing. The room was clean, had a working AC unit that you can control and a tea kettle with tea/coffee. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was great. Highly recommended

Close to the Torino Porta Susa train station - offered breakfast - great location - friendly staff The walls were so incredibly thin we were woken up at 2am in the morning to the people next door banging around and also a lot of noise from what appeared to be coming from downstairs - the breakfast for €10 each was a little pricey for what was offered

Passable

The room wasn’t very clean — there was still hair left on the bathroom floor. You could hear everything from the neighboring room, and even people walking in the hallway sounded very loud, like they were right next to you. The hotel is quite old — the doors and windows feel outdated. I wouldn’t stay here again. Although it’s close to the metro, you still need to walk about 10 minutes each time to reach the center

The hotel is not far from the center and is easily reachable by public transport, although the zone is not anything special. The hotel badly needs a refurbishment because everything is dull, and honestly, I was glad I spent only one night in here.

Friendly staff. My room, was unexpectedly small, had a foldable, wobbly bed, a balcony door that did not fully close and old bathroom facilities. I saw rooms of colleagues in the same hotel & same category that were significantly nicer, so I guess just bad luck

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. My son and I were given a room that smelled strongly of cigarettes, had no light at all, and was dirty and cold. Is this even acceptable for a hotel? When we contacted the reception, we were told that nothing could be done, which is absolutely unacceptable. In addition, there was a group of children staying at the hotel who were making noise all night — banging, shouting, and disturbing our sleep. Despite our complaints, the administration did nothing to resolve the situation. Booking this hotel was a huge mistake. The hotel is in very poor condition. We paid for our stay but ended up with a terrible room without light and several sleepless nights.

Close proximity to the Bernini metro station, polite staff, a small and clean room with a comfortable bed. A big bonus in my opinion was the breakfast, which was included in the price.
