The room is classy, comfortable. Same for the bathroom. Breakfast is super nice. Wifi was terrible. We had to work and it was a nightmare. Come on, just buy some extenders and solve this!!!

Art'To was clean, aesthetically trendy, and overall an easeful experience with a delicious breakfast. It was the perfect place for me to land during my stay in Torino.

❌ Complicated self-check-in: key hidden in a box attached to a fence 100 meters away, hard to find, especially at night with luggage. ❌ Confusing access to the room: multiple steps through stairs, elevator, and unlabeled doors in a corridor. ❌ Poor sound insulation — room door opens into a narrow corridor; you'll hear every guest coming and going. ❌ Bathroom is clean but badly designed: No place for toiletries near the sink Shampoo/shower gel located outside the shower cabin ❌ Breakfast is minimal: cookies and a few yogurts in a shared kitchen. ❌ No kettle — only a saucepan on the stove to boil water (owner claims "that’s how it’s done in Italy") ❌ No microwave — very inconvenient for travelers ➡️ Recommendation: Avoid this place. For just a few euros more, you can stay in a real hotel with proper service, comfort, and facilities.

If you're looking for a quiet, clean, and artistically detailed retreat, this is the place. Clean, comfortable, and with breakfast included. Definitely recommended.

The apartment is close to the Porta Susa Station, beautifully designed ans very clean! The host was also very friendly and we were able to have breakfast eventhough we left very early. Highly recommend! -

Everything was excellent. Gilberto very quick responsive and helpful. The room super clean and neat in a typical and traditional Italian building which smelled very nice also. Very good quality price offer in Torino. 100% recommended!
