Room and Staff Breakfast Very noisy guests

With the underground parking, and pet friendly and helpful staff couldn’t fault location as an overnight stop. Nice pizza down the block too.

Had air conditioning which was lovely. Comfy bed and clean room There was a homeless guy constantly hanging around outside and was intimidating. Spat on the floor in front of me as I walked past and was shouting

Location is at the border of an Industrial Area, but the Hotel and Lentinis plus the Supermarket next Door are good. Mainly nothing, everything was OK.
