The room size was good and free slippers and bathroom items were good. Also, the main bed was comfy but sofa bed was not. The housekeeping ladies were excellent and changed bedding every day and kept the room nice and tidy. Extremely disappointed with this hotel. How this is a 4* hotel is beyond me. This is probably a 2* hotel standard. There is no proper bar, only one person at reception serving guests and making drink if you ordered from the little counter. The photos are extremely misleading and only show the nice parts of the hotel where it's been renovated. The shower had mould between tiles and seal coming off, the shower door couldn't be properly closed so the whole water was splashed all over the bathroom floor. The corridors were outdated with dirty carpets. In fact the whole hotel is very outdated, it felt like we were back in the 90s. No glasses or tea spoons, only paper cups which is not a 4* expectation. We didn't eat breakfast as the selection was poor. The location was about 25mins walk to Turin centre which was a bit of distance away. We would not recommend this hotel. In fact, we checked out one day earlier as we didn't like it.

Staff, location, room, garage. The EV charging station wasn't working properly with my DKV card, and the energy provider's customer service line went unanswered. Thankfully, the hotel staff saved the day—they let me charge on their account, and I settled the charge at checkout.

Verry clean. The hotel have it's own parking. The room was very spacious and clean. The location it's good and in a very safe neighbourhood with local shops and restaurants but it's a litlle bit away from the touristic attraction of Torino.

Clean and comfortable, location quiet close to the center, decent breakfast, good value for the money.

The room was very clean, spacious and looked renovated compared to the hallway. The hallway was dated, but that didn’t affect the overall experience.
