Coming in you are immediately at peace as the hotel is super quiet, very clean and has a particularly nice smell. This is incredible, given how close to the station the hotel is. Staff is extremely nice and the room very comfortable. Breakfast was very enjoyable. The room we stayed in was a bit dark as the window opened on an internal courtyard (probably beneficial in the summer, so it doesn't get too hot)

Excellent location in the heart of Torino eateries, surrounded by a park and pedestrian shopping while being a short walk to the Porto Nuovo Train Station fine bed linens in rooms with new air conditioning plus a great shower! Nothing to dislike.

The rooms were lovely. The staff was gracious and helpful. The outside courtyard was beautiful. The breakfast was great.

Delightful and small boutique hotel with superior staff, accommodations and breakfast. The reception staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, and their customer service skills were superior. The location of the hotel is prime, and has its own outdoor patio. It was quiet, safe, and very relaxing.

Lovely Place to stay and close to the train station
-
Loved the staff and the location. Hotel was amazing and we are truly blessed to have stayed with you. Bed was comfortable and the room was spotless. Everything was perfect!

We enjoyed this quirky hotel very much. Beautifully decorated, wisteria outside the window just beginning to bloom. Very clean and well situated for visiting downtown Turin. The friendly staff were very helpful. Good places to eat a few steps away. We would love to return! Nothing.

The breakfast was great. The location was exceptional, right across from train station. View outside room window.

perfect location. Lovely Sunday market in the piazza room was very warm. Had to turn on aircon at night eventhough outside it was nice and cool. Opening the window was not enough to cool the room.

Just next to the train station and close to the center. Love the staff, Rosella and Alexandra were super helpful. The room was quiet and bed was very comfortable. Nice breakfast. Parking is a challenge. There’s a temporary space for one car to load/unload luggage when checking in/out. We ended up finding and parking space after 1.5 hrs and used EasyPark app to pay the 13.22 € daily fee (until 8am the following day, then you can extend the parking time with the app). The room was small and no view. All rooms are on the same (first) floor.

Great central location and nice courtyard and pleasant rooms
-
Nice and cozy hotel room with the most comfortable bed we tried during our trip. Breakfast was very complete with options for every taste. The rooms have a kettle to make tea, coffee. The location is quite good, all the areas we wanted to see/visit were easily reached in just a few minutes. The staff members we met were all very professional and friendly. Nothing to dislike

Great location. Close to everything. Bus to/from airport just outside hotel.

The hotel's location was excellent, just a 2-minute walk from Porta Nuova station. Being situated right behind Via Roma, Turin’s iconic shopping street, was a major plus. Everything is within walking distance; the Egyptian Museum is only 10 minutes away and the Royal Palace about 15 minutes. While the historic streets are perfect for walking, there are also tram and bus stops just a few minutes away. We had no trouble navigating the city using public transport. We stayed for two nights and had a great experience. The breakfast was quite good, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel itself is a charming historic building with a lovely garden—though it was too cold for us to enjoy it this time, it added a nice touch to the atmosphere. Our room faced a courtyard at the back, and we were unfortunately woken up very early each morning by the noise of the garbage trucks. We would have preferred a quieter room

Lovely big clean and modern room, good breakfast

Everything worked. Excellent location, in the middle of the action and short walk to train station. Friendly staff, spotless, soacious room. Good breakfast selection. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was outstanding and staff was very friendly. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Location could literally not be better. The staff was wonderful at the front desk and for me particularly the delightful woman who handles breakfast. It’s simple, clean; and the energy is great. It’s everything you want and very well priced. Nothing. It was great.

Very central, it was clean, tidy, very I e boutique hotel A little hard to find as it’s behind their huge doors that you see on their streets & then after entering you’re in the courtyard & then you ring to reach the hotel. Not that this is a problem as it’s great security but they need to have bigger signage so you can easily find it from the street.
