It had an interesting look and it was priced decently The location wasn't all that great, not close to the center or even to a decent restaurant. The staff were not the most cheerful I've encountered at a hotel. It took quite a bit to get checked in, it felt like going back in time. One of the rooms that we booked had the bed looking like a child made it. The pillows were so hard that we woke up with a neck ache.

Clean, friendly staff

I liked the room and the facilities. The staff was nice and helpful. The place had good public transport availability. The bathroom was very clean and comfortable and had a very nice shower. The garden outside was very nice. There was a very good supermarket in the same block. It was very far from downtown and from the University campus that I needed to go. I didn't feel very safe around the train station, that's why I took the bus instead, which was a 40 minutes ride. It would be better to be in a group.

A very nice decorated hotel. Very clean a kittle out from the center I came alone. Took me hours to het there because avoiding centers traffic. After explaining I am so tired and having heavy luggage the hotel is a very long corridor of one floor No one helped , they put me at the end . and facing the parking lot and the trucks so ot had to walk so much. . The breakfeast was 10€extra. And they even refused to give kettle . The water is a common water for gree at the middle of the corridor.

I liked the location. It had a restaurant and a supermarket in the property. I did not like that I arrived, and I was given a key that opened a room that had someone already in the room that had been assigned for me. I scared the woman that was already comfortably sleeping as I had arrived after 11:00pm. I was also supposed to have a double bed and was given a room with two twin beds. People in the hallway spoke and the sound was very loud. I heard people talking very loudly early in the morning like around 2am and 3am almost everyday I stayed there. It was difficult to sleep comfortably because the pillows were too high. The water bottle in the room was unclean.

The beds were comfortable as were the pillows. Throw them actually had a small fridge (no freezer) but at least one could put a few items in it to keep them cold. Front desk personnel, Andrea, was very helpful in helping us park in the underground garage where we could take the elevator up since my mother is in a wheelchair and my spouse just had a knee replacement. The restaurant on site is excellent as is the hotel’s breakfast buffet. I didn’t notice if there was a microwave because some of the food items were cold and would’ve been nice served hot like eggs. They had a nice assortment of pies and cakes. The breakfast area which is in the same room as their bar, is open 24-7 so that when the lobby closes at night, one can enter through there. I didn’t like the fact that you could not enter the parking garage once you left the room and left the key card. The key card was needed to enter the garage from the hotel and we were not aware of this so we had to call the hotel and ask them to unlock the door to enter the garage.

Excellent location and great staff

Clean, Comfortable and excellent restaurant next door called Osteria di 12 arco. Not close to city centre or airport requiring a 30 euros taxi ride to city centre or airport

Changed and upgraded our room when the air conditioning didn't work in the original room. Breakfast was good. It appears that they shut down the air conditioning units in some rooms based on the season. They took care of us, but not able to help our traveling companions. Noisy with the windows open. Many Stairs to climb with luggage.

A/c didn t work and it was no air in the room. Window was on noisy street

I was spent 2 nights at Cascina Fossata, and went to Torino for city strolling with my Husband. When we arrived a bit difficult to find the parking, my suggestion is to check the Q&A before your arrival, as the information there. But the staff is really helpful and return my message in booking.com apps very quick. So We can find the parking after that. The amenities are not overwhelming, but they cover the basics well and made the stay easy and the price is very reasonable for what you get. It’s about a 15-minute drive from the city center if you have a rental car. The real highlight of my stay was the staff. When our rental car broke down, the front desk team went above and beyond: She called the company, explained everything in Italian, and made sure the process of exchanging the car was smooth and stress-free. Such kindness and helpfulness made a huge difference. Thank you—you are amazing! The layout of the hotel, sometimes confusing

Excellent service. Great breakfast.

The Hotel had free, secure on-site parking. There was a supermarket right next door. A nice breakfast could be bought at the Hotel. There is a variety of shared spaces within the hotel to relax. Although there was air-conditioning in the room, it kept turning off after a short time. It did not run all night or when the key card was not in its slot. The hallways and shared spaces were not air-conditioned. Our stay was very hot due to a heatwave, so having unreliable air-conditioning definately affected the comfort of our stay. While there is an on-site restaurent, it only operates on certain evenings. The walk to a restaurent is at least 2 kms away. Many restaurents in the area were closed on Sundays as was the Hotel restaurent.

Beautiful facilities and convenient location for our needs. The staff started work around 6 am by moving chairs and table, which produces a lot of noise. I suppose that is an issue only for the rooms that are located closer to the reception, dining area.
