Very helpful staff, they provided me with a map and suggestions of how to spend a great afternoon in Turin. Room was large, clean and great value for money.

This hotel is in a good location and a good neighborhood. It's close to all main points of interest and the main train station. The room size is ok. It's clean and not noisy. The bathroom is good but small. WIFI is fine, but the air conditioning is on the weaker side. All in all it's a good hotel that we can recommend.

We stayed for three nights. Fantastic hotel with extremely helpful staff, clean rooms, great included breakfast, great location (close from the station Porta Nuova). 1) As 2 girls, we were catcalled in the streets at night by lots of men (far more than in Paris) so the location is not that great if you wish to go out at night. We recommand hanging out at Piazza Vittorio Veneto, once you're there there are lots of people / restaurants / bars but we recommend that you do not walk there (take a taxi). 2) We heard a lady at reception ask to check out because there were bed bugs in her room, she claimed to have pictures but we didn't see them. We double checked with the hotel staff who assured us everything was okay.

Super kind and helpful personeel Sound insulation between the rooms and between rooms and corridors is inadequate. Airconditioning system is old and noisy.

The location is good, and the receptionist was friendly and welcoming when we arrived. the air conditioning never cooled the room, even though we asked three times for it to be checked. This was especially disappointing because there was a heatwave warning during our stay. In addition The property also does not have an elevator, which makes it difficult if you are traveling with luggage.

The reception and check-in process was nice and easy. Parking reservation was available for 15 EUR/night (only for 1 of our 2 night stay, despite asking repeatedly before and them just not replying until other people had already booked the spot we asked for first). Upon first checking in, the room had a very strange smell ( like vinegar), and the rooms are quite old, with okay-ish air conditioning. When asking the desk about this smell and if we could change rooms, we were basically gaslit into thinking of course there is no smell, and they just opened the window a bit. I guess it was on Genius Discount so you get what you pay for but just don't be fooled by the photos and other (mostly) positive reviews! Also, location is not ideal (we wanted to stay away from the centre so it worked) as the area around is quite dodgy/sketchy given it is close to the Porta Nuova station, and at least a 20-30min walk to the happening parts of Turino - but convenient if you're arriving by train with luggage...

The stuff - all super nice. The balcony. The coffee in the room. The fridge. The milk for the coffee. The size of the rooms. Bed. Everything exceptional. The supermarket nearby. I liked all

Rather basic rooms, aged, but spacious, tiny bathrooms. It’s functional but feels overpriced for what it offers. Location is good, quiet and in walking distance to the train station and center.
-
Very close to Porta Nuova train station. Unpretentious but with everything for a comfortable stay. Our ground floor room was spacious and spotless with a generous bathroom. We only had a few hours there but would return again and recommend. Everything was good

It’s a very charming hotel! It’s on walking distance to the train central station. Nice rooms, great beds. Maybe little small toilets.
