Location and staff Nothing

Very nice area 100~ away from a major train line to the Airport. NOTHING! All was great, thank you!
-
Everything - the room was clean and comfortable. We were upgraded to an apartment which was a real bonus. The air conditioning was amazing. It was an oasis in a hot city!
-
Easy access to railway station. Nice location in one of the old colonnades. The staff could be friendlier.
-
Staff, room size and closeness to Porta Sussa and Downtown.

Just right for an early morning train. -

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Torino Porta Susa. The location is ideal for arriving by train and also for exploring the city on foot or by public transport. Thank you to the staff who were all welcoming and helpful. Our room was well equipped with everything we needed. Loved our balcony, and the little touches like the coffee and biscuits, the slippers and the toothbrushes and toiletries. The one star rating is not at all reflective and baffling. Would recommend Hotel Torino Porta Susa to anyone visiting Turin.

I stayed twice and both rooms were quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable

The room was very clean and adequately furnished. The location is very handy (roughly 5 minutes on foot) from Porta Susa railway station. The room felt very stuffy. There was air-conditioning but the remote control was very complicated and either it wasn't working or I had it on the wrong settings. It was a very hot night.

Friendly staff, clean, great location for Porta Susa train station but also close to centre Thin walls.

部屋が大変広く、エアコンも完備で施設は申し分なかった。アメニティが付いており、廊下にフレグランスがあるなど4つ星ホテル並の快適さだった。 特になし。

Everything from the cleanliness to the look of the space to the comfort and the hospitality of the staff that served us. I liked everything

Directions were clear and precise, great air-conditioning which was very much appreciated as we were travelling in the summer, bedroom was made to our specifications, hot shower and prefect location for the train station. Lift access to avoid the stairs with your suitcases. I was surprised the hotel was going to charge me extra for the check-in process. Never come across that before.

The location was fantastic, easy walk from the Porta Susa station and the Quadrilatero and old city. The room was big with a small balcony, windows that opened, big bathroom, mini-split air conditioning. We had two separate (each lockable) rooms that were off one entrance, very convenient for people traveling together. The room was surprisingly quiet, and there were great blackout curtains. Staff was very helpful and showed us to our rooms when we checked in. At first it seemed odd: from the street (under the arches) you enter the opening for the interior courtyard of the building and take the stairs/elevator to the small reception room on the 2nd floor. The rooms were off the central core where the elevator goes up. It's an old building with some modern touches (furniture) and new bathrooms. It's just not like a typical hotel. But was "correct" in every sense.

Free drink each night if electing not to have room cleaned. Class! No breakfast on site. But plenty of places nearby.

The bathroom was a bit on the smaller side but that isn't an issue per say.
