The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was good. However, our specific room smelled damp and of mold. The room was in much need of new carpeting and new paint. Hotel is in need of massive updates!

Not very clean. Broken A/C units right outside room window. TV had a very small picture. Staff was super helpful. Bad storms and the lobby was leaking :( I might possibly stay here again, but it’s definitely not high up on the list.

The bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the tub and tangled in the shower curtain.

Nothing The hotel room and hall carpets have dirty stains. The bed sheets are very thin and worn. The bathroom floors and room walls need repair and new paint. The room has old smoke smell. The air conditioner settings are not user friendly. The commode rocks. There was nothing I liked. It was out dated. No USB ports. The refrigerator was awkward to get to. We stayed at Wyndham and Wingate, in Tuscaloosa last week, friendly, much cleaner and less expensive. Time to restore this hotel!

The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to help, making our experience truly enjoyable. As soon as we walked in, the facilities welcomed us with a fresh, clean smell. The breakfast was outstanding, offering delicious options that catered to every taste and dietary need. The facilities would greatly benefit from a refresh, such as new carpeting and paint. Despite this, the cleanliness of the space and our overall experience were still impressive. Investing in updates could elevate the stay even further!

Sink drain was not working and carpet was stained throughout. Overall it was dirty and dingy inside and out. People were smoking outside right by the doors. Horrible for non smokers.

The staff was great. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast facility was a great disappointment. The room couldn’t handle the number of electrical appliances being used. Instead of fixing the issue, signs were put up not to use anything else while the waffle maker was in use. Well, a fuse was blown when the microwave and toaster were both operating. Some work needs to be done before we’ll ever stay there again.

Friendly staff and great price for hotel room! Facilities needs renovation.
