The biggest advantage - location! Directly on the slope, which is rare in Austria. The room was comfortable and clean, and the beds were good. The kitchen is slightly too small for more sophisticated cooking, but enough for the basic ones. Dogs friendly which is great, but 15 eur/night for the dog. I would be happy to go there again.

EVERYTHING!!! Location, people, accommodation!❤️ And the lift was a plus since we had a lot of stuffs! View in the balcony in the evening was majestic! Nothing!

The setting is lovely, the young man serving us breakfast was very accommodating. We did not have housekeeping every day, first 2 days nobody changed towels etc, after we asked we got clean towels and nothing after that. Owner is preoccupied with her work at a little hut on top of mountain. Soap dispenser at sink was empty the whole time. I had to reach into shower to get soap. We would never go back!

Very friendly and attentive staff, the property is clean, well looked after and has a relaxed atmosphere. The landlady makes everyone feel welcome. Unbeatable location for skiing. I would welcome more vegetables on the menu and at breakfast.
