The hotel is newly built and the ocean view facing room was gorgeous. I forgot to close the blinds before sleeping and we woke up to the most beautiful sunrise I have seen in a while. The staff was amazing and we did something we don't normally do, we ate at the hotel restaurant. The staff recommended their sea bass to us and we tried it at dinner, it was really good. There are lots of other restaurants nearby to try and we had a great time. Nothing I can think of, it was really a great experience.

staffs in dining area were very attentive in cleaning our table when completing our dishes. Front-desk staffs were friendly and able to check-in and check-out quickly efficiently. High level of noise from the beach-front restaurant across the street til 10:00pm at night which does not belong to the hotel

We like our stay so much we booked an extra few days! The location near the beach was fabulous, and the amenities were excellent. We also enjoyed meeting the other travelers there.

The location was excellent, morning breakfast buffet was excellent, hotel staff was excellent, especially the lady cook (Nga?) who makes pho and bun soup every morning. The bathroom’s shower over tub was slippery and sprayed water all over.

They were able to help with check in, check out, room arrangements, motorbike rental and other additional requests in a smooth and hassle-free way. All staff were are greeting us with warm smile. The SALA bar at beachfront was very cozy and nice place to chill out. Nothing.

The hotel is in great location, the best in Tuy Hoa. It's in front of the beach, with a bar and a swimming pool on the beach so you can relax, play all day there just like in a private beach.

We had a lovely stay overall! The staff were all really friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We did run out of toilet paper and had to request more but they quickly resolved, and room service was great since we had drag some sand from the beach. The food options at Sala were exceptional, we especially enjoyed dining by the beach. The beachfront restaurant area is absolutely beautiful, the pool area was also stunning. My daughter loved being able to enjoy both the rooftop pool and the one downstairs next to beach. Rooms were comfortable and waking up to the stunning ocean view was a real treat. The room price was a bit higher compared to other nearby options, so we will try Rosa hotel as well to compare the value. But all in all, it was a very enjoyable experience!

Got an upgrade to the corner suite with very beautiful view of the beach. The staffs are always nice and helpful. The service is impeccable. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality.
