Coconut Hotel Phú Yên

I planned to stay for seven days, but they gave me a room on the sixth floor near the bar. It was noisy from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. This was a "brilliant" move on the hotel's part. I checked out the next day.

Rooftop bar was cozy and had a nice vibe, too. You probably won't find better than this for the price. Everything was fine.

Clean rooms, walking distance to beach and lots of restaurants around Room looked out onto another building, not bad but just don’t expect a view

The property is very centrally located, right next to the park and within walking distance of the beach (around 15 minutes). Staff were polite and helpful. There is also a rooftop bar, and the hotel was generally very clean. One downside would be that the room we staid in has no windows, which made the space feel quite claustrophobic. This should be clearly stated in the room description to manage expectations. But, for the price you pay, it is an excellent value.

Location. No windows

The room is bigger than i thought and the price is affordable. If you’re traveling by car, you’ll need to park on the other side of the street because the hotel doesn’t have a parking lot and doesn't like guests park in front of the hotel.

The coconut hotel is located within a busy area within Tuy Hoa. It was clean and the staff were great We had a reasonable time however the room had no windows and you could hear everything going on in the hallway. This affected our sleep a little bit.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, even though it was unfortunately only one day/night. Nice bright room on the 4th floor with a great view, lots of practical storage space and a small fridge. Chic bathroom. Good location, beach not far away. Friendly staff. No hot water.

- Location : the hotel is located on main street of Phu Yen . Very convenient to travel to tourist destinations , such as : Thap Nghinh Phong , Tuy Hoa Market , ... - Decoration : The hotel is quite nicely decorated. The rooms and surrounding areas are clean. - Rooftop : They have such a cute rooftop cafe . Very chill . Highly recommended Overall : For the price and quality, this is an experience worth having.

Friendly Reception female staff. I gave 9 because of the reception. Minus 1 point because of poor cleaning service. My second visit and stay in this hotel. I stayed 3 nights but my room no proper cleaning for the next day we stayed, no tissue refill. hoping they can improve this when i am back to visit tuy hoa again.

The female staff is very friendly and the room is very comfortable.

Location Very dirty, bad smell, the floor almost spoiled, the bed is not comfortable, toilet smelly, the design is nice but a lots of moulds never clean properly. I have requested to change other room, then just nicer the old room a little bit. But on the bed still have blood of previous passengers they never clean, when I call and complain then they received mistake and change new blanket and mattress to my room. Very very disappointed. The wood floor is popping up because of humidity… my mom can not sleep deeply because feel dirty everywhere. Wasted for the modern design but no clean at all!
