The staff at Twin Falls were excellent! I needed to make a last minute room change to accommodate an unexpected guest. The staff got that done quickly. They brought extra towels and pillows that we needed. The suite was well supplied, very clean and comfortable. The shower. That glass shower made it impossible not to get water on the floor. Also it too forever for me to get hot water on Saturday afteroon.

Even though it's called "Suites" our room was just that, a room - albeit a very nice one with a kitchenette in the entry area. Large and comfortable, clean and modern. Very enjoyable overall.

24/7 access to pool and facilities. I’ve never see that before. Super useful little room with cook top, fridge and dishwasher. Made my stay really convenient. Did not enjoy the shower. It’s not an enclosed shower which I hate. You’re always kind of cold and there’s water all over the floor when you’re finished. Down pillows and mattress needs updating, but I would stay there again.

Stayed in a suite for a week unexpectedly while a family member was in the hospital. Room was clean and cozy with a full kitchen. Beds were comfortable and breakfast buffet delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice pool and gym, as well as delightful courtyard with firepits. Will stay here again.

Hotel was nice, but the room was super small! Nowhere to put your luggage. Bathroom location was bad also. Reserved a king size bed and got a queen. Definitely not worth the price.
