Super 8 by Wyndham Twinsburg/Cleveland Area

Nice little spot. Next to a gas station and some fast food, which was super convenient after driving 6 hours. The hotel itself is quite small, but it’s fairly well-maintained for its size and location. My room and bathroom were both clean, and the air conditioning worked just fine. Overall, I’d stay here again.

Customer service was good

Arrived late, and was still accommodated with no problem. The room was clean and comfortable.

We were driving through the night and needed a place to crash. I booked while driving and the 7/10 rating was very misleading. Wish I had had the time to read some of the reviews. The hotel was dirty and had a damp smell. It did the job and the beds looked clean. But would never sleep there again.

The smell. The old peeling paint. The dirty fixtures. The moldy air conditioner. Did not even open the refrigerator or microwave. Did not feel safe to use ice maker coffee maker or eat the breakfast foods

Could have been clearer. Carpet made the bottom on my feet black. Bathroom and toilet could be cleaner.

the hotel felt worn. Needed touch ups. Mattress was awful. Power cord for TV was missing.

This was the nicest reasonably priced hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. Recently refreshed rooms.
