The staff is great. Rooms are clean. Our stay was quite and peaceful Nothing to complain about

Communication was great. I booked for convenient location for weekend activities.

The hotel manager Divya really takes pride in her work and really cares about the customers booking her hotel. The grounds were very clean, the rooms were very clean with her event accommodating us by putting us on ground floor to make it easier with our pet. Nothing everything was great !

The rooms were extremely clean!!! Bed very comfortable!!! The staff was excellent, especially the owners in the office!!! I would highly recommend this place to stay to all visitors to Tyler!!! In a few months they will be renovated to make it even better and we cannot wait to visit there again!!! It's now our go to when staying in Tyler TX. Thank You and your staff for a wonderful experience the two nights we stayed!!! It's also close to everything as well as Planet fitness if you like working out!!!

I am a civil engineer. I looked all around the property and was impressed at the quality of its construction. Besides being well made, the room was very satisfactory in several regards. Lighting, I counted seven light features that were well located to give proper illumination to every space in the room. Flooring, the large bathroom's beautiful tile floor looked brand new and well maintained. The king size bed was very comfortable, firm with big substantial pillows and adequate bed coverings. AC was easy to change and provided excellent control of the temperature. Finally, the room itself was quite adequate, not too big, not too small and the furniture was positioned very logically with easy flow. The motel far exceeded my expectations.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and explained everything professionally. The location was quiet . The room that I booked Online was not the room I was Given ! I requested A non smoking room but was given a smoking room.

Location is convenient, close to restaurants and entertainment. Well maintained property.Very clean and the beds are comfortable. Divya , the owner and manager gave us a great welcome. She is very concerned with her guest having a good , comfortable stay . The grounds of this hotel are wonderful with the gazebo. You can have a great barbecue. I recommend this property 100% great price wonderful stay. Everything at this property was great. There was nothing that I disliked at all.

They need to update pictures on website. It shows a jetted tub in the room and it was a regular bathtub and only gave us two towels. Definitely need at least four.

Room was clean. Staff was great. The pool looked nice but was out of service and not enough coffee in the morning they ran out fast. Other than that the place is really nice.
