The staff, hotel, restaurant and location all deserve 10+ stars!!! An AMAZING experience!! The only thing we didn't like was checking out- we wanted to stay forever!!

The Millocal restaurant we experienced was outstanding. We also visited other restaurants in the area that were Michelin-starred, but none of them could be compared to this one. If you have time, I highly recommend trying the restaurant—and make sure to order the rice pudding for dessert. Words are not enough to describe it. Nothing particular. They have been helpful anything we asked for .

This is a hotel I have chosen repeatedly, and overall, it continues to deliver a high standard in terms of rooms, cuisine, and general service. However, my most recent stay was notably compromised by the room location. I was assigned a ground-floor room facing the courtyard, near the reception area, where the noise level was simply unacceptable. Late at night — even around 2 a.m. — loud conversations from the courtyard carried directly into the room, including guests speaking on the phone at an excessive volume. Early in the morning, noise from staff activities, particularly housekeeping, further disrupted any sense of rest. What is particularly disappointing is that despite raising this issue with reception, no follow-up or resolution was provided.

From the very first moment we stepped into the hotel, we were warmly welcomed. Especially Elif Nur and Ozlem were incredibly helpful with everything we needed throughout our stay. The hotel is beautifully designed, and you can really feel the attention to detail throughout. It was snowing during our visit, which made the whole experience feel truly magical. The hotel also has a restaurant serving local cuisine, as well as a separate Italian restaurant, offering a nice variety of dining options. The local restaurant is about 5 minutes away, and they provide a complimentary shuttle service. At the Italian restaurant, I tried the pizza, pasta, and tiramisu.. all of them were delicious. Even though we stayed for 4 nights, it still didn’t feel like enough..we would definitely love to come back again. I couldn’t find anything to say

BREAKFAST! It’s unbelievable how generous they are with the quality and quantity.. also the view is amazing.. comfy cozy rooms. That whole cave vibe is great. Location can’t be better. Staff so nice and helpful. Housekeeping - they never restocked anything (except tea and water). You have to ask reception for the things you need..

Location: this property is nestled in the beautiful region with the small alleys that lead to other amazing places. Room: the room was elegantly decorated with a large pool Bed: the bed was extremely comfortable that we both slept well Breakfast: delicious and thoughtfully prepared Turkish breakfast & other options Staffs: extremely eager to help *My intention is NEVER to discredit the location. My focus is to ensure that the hotel follows the proper cleaning guidance for the hotel guests who spend large amounts. I am a detail-oriented person, so I may have noticed things more keenly than others.* Cleanliness: the main reason I chose this hotel and the room was for the pool. Unfortunately to us, the pool was dirty with floating particles that the hotel explained it's from the rock debris. When I reported this concern, the hotel staff came in 30 minutes to clean it. However, it was gonna take 2+ hours, but we had to deny it because of an early tour the next morning. As much as they can explain what that was, no, it's not rock debris from the ceiling. Rock debris will sink. These floating particles were something else (if you know what I mean)... we could see them well because of the lights inside of the pool. We just felt gross being in the water. The hotel offered half off on our reservation, but it was unfortunate to experience it since we only booked for one night. Also, the bottom of the fan had thick dust on it. This told me that the room wasn't being cleaned properly. Temperature: because of the warm pool and humidity, the entire room was extremely hot and humid. We had to open the windows all night and had to hear the damn stray dogs barking all morning.

A special thanks to Mr. Fatih, who was truly fantastic. His warm attitude, helpful guidance, and exceptional service made our stay even better. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a super stay, and we would happily return again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Cappadocia!

This property is so magical. The views, the rooms, the area being right next to the faerie mountains is incredible. The staff was so gracious and kind with helping me prepare for my proposal. The First Gentleman helped me relay all of my information to the staff and helped organize flowers and special touches (forgot his name! He was working during the morning). The staff that helped setup the proposal were so kind and helpful, they did such an incredible job! Eliv at the front desk was so helpful and so was the man working with her. He helped us many times with our bags and fireplace (plaid jacket). Burak was very helpful especially early in the morning when we needing help with our shuttle service. The stay was amazing and couldn’t be happier! Thank you for everything you did to make this the best experience! The room was beautiful but lacked some amenities that I think would be very helpful. There was no storage for our clothing so we needed to keep everything in our suitcase. Having a closet or dresser would be very helpful! The clothing rod for our clothes was nice but it kept rubbing against the stone wall and leaving marks on our clothing. A clothes steamer or iron would be great to have as well in the room!

The hotel’s location is great, walking to the castle and some restaurants. The hotel provides exceptional breakfast - food, view was impressive. You do not know which room layout you will get as all the rooms are different from each other and the pictures collected for each room type are from different rooms.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. The photos they have on their site are very nice, but the property is even more beautiful in person. We chose a room with a hot tub and it was absolutely incredible to go for a soak after the chilly morning hot air balloon flight (which is an absolute must). The staff here were incredibly helpful, and the Italian restaurant was fantastic. This place was a highlight of our trip. Hotel staff were incredible, but the restaurant service could be improved. They were not overly attentive at all.

The rooms were more than we expected, wonderful "cave" experience. The staff went above and beyond to accomodate our needs/requests. We were well looked after! The location turned out to be perfect - right below the Uchisar Castle. Dont miss climbing to the top. The hot air balloons viewing area on the terrace was amazing, with balloons floating above our rooms. Total fantastic experience and stay!! We also used their travel service and everything went perfectly! The service at the restaurant was slow, there was enough staff . Part of it could be the language barrier, but they could improve in that area. The food, particularly breakfast was great!

Loved my stay at Millstone Cave Suites! The vibe of the room was great, the view was incredible, super clean and the staff were really friendly. The only downside was the bees at the outdoor restaurant, which made it hard to enjoy breakfast with the view.

Great location and amazing & friendly staff. We recently stayed at Millstone Hotel in Cappadocia and had high expectations, especially after booking 3 rooms for our family. Unfortunately, our experience was affected by several issues that should have been communicated in advance. During our stay, there was ongoing construction and renovation work at the hotel, which created a lot of noise and dust throughout the day. This was not mentioned at the time of booking, and it significantly impacted the comfort and atmosphere we were hoping for. In addition, the air conditioning was not working in 2 of the 3 rooms, which made our stay quite uncomfortable given the summer temperatures. We reported the problem, and they changed one of the rooms and fixed the other in the last night. While the location and views are beautiful, we felt let down by the lack of transparency and the maintenance issues. We hope these are temporary setbacks and that future guests will have a better experience once the renovations are complete.
