Near the train and bus station Not much around the neighborhood, a bit industrial.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, laundry did a good job washing and drying, breakfast was alright, had good options. Close to the train station, and busses. Close to my favorite Indian curry spot too. I felt like I wanted more american styled scrambled eggs, and every time they made the eggs or reheated them for me they were still very runny.

Hotel is near the station and the room was clean. The breakfast was very limited and we had to wait for a seat 10 minutes in the morning.

The parking space is not enough and the sign of 2nd, 3rd and 4th parking lot are not obvious for people to see at night.

No dollar to yen exchange in yamaguchi but hotel was helpful

Good to have warm meals and drinks and several choices. Have only one elevator and very slow.

It was close to the train station and very close to the bars and restaurants. The bathroom was slightly dirty, and there were no fruits at breakfast.

Facilities were great! Onsen was bonus! Location, across from station was handy. Beds were hard. I know we are in Japan, but they advertise Japanese and western breakfast, and it was almost all Japanese. Not suited to fussy kids.

Strategic location, closer to bus/train station, awesome breakfast selection, friendly staff, clean, good facilities, Wifi services and we were allowed to check in early at no extra cost An upgrade will help to offer new power supply sockets for international travelers, new USB ports, the temperature for water seems to be set to warm mode, would help if there are movie selections included in the package, the mattress may need replacement soon
