Very new and clean. Comfortable beds and sheets. Breakfast was on spot! Bathroom could have better ventilation or something. Felt a little claustrophobic.

Good location, close to a mall and supermarket and (Brazilian) barbecue restaurant. Breakfast could be improved. Breakfast offering could be improved. The complimentary coffee served in the lobby in a coffee growing region was underwhelming.

Spacious Hotel, Good Breakfast and WiFI. My Guest had to present her ID on 2 occasions because the front desk misplaced the information. She was charged a fee when arriving for the second time, when I had clearly made the reservation for 2. I kindly reminded Renner Politely. He simply asked for her credit card and refunded the charge without an explanation or apology. I didn't expect this sort of unprofessionalism for such a hotel. Staff do not seem generally friendly there with the exception of a young lady who worked the reception.

It was very comfortable, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the location was handy and central and the pool was nice! Breakfast was superb as well! It is a little bit of a pricey place to stay.

This hotel location is very nice, close to the shopping mall and the market. The pool is quite nice to stay, the gym is a good added value to the property, well equipped, the room is very comfortable and clean, and I definitely love the bathroom cleanses and shower, and the parking lot is always working and watched regardless the daytime. I forget a cable there (to charge my watch) it was totally my fault and I never call the hotel back to ask about it, but if the hotel had called me after my stay it would be a very nice close touch. But this is a very very very small thing and DID NOT changed anything about the excellent experience I had.
