Great hotel! We were impressed by the friendliness and great service from the staff (reception and bar). The rooms were clean and comfortable. We would return and recommend it! N/A

Breakfast had lots of options. Staff very friendly, always available. Laundry offered, fairly priced I would say, we used it! The area of hotel seemed OK, close to many shops and quite lively during the week days. Felt safe! Towels or sheets were not changed during cleaning times. Wish the breakfast had more variety of fruits and more salty food rather than so many sweet breads and desserts.

There was only one working lift.

Very clean, very spacious room. I do not drink coffee and the variety of tea is close to zero. For the breakfast they offer hot water for tea, but they stored the water in a recipient used previously for coffee. The water tested awful. I brought my own black tea and when I asked for a separate hot water one staff refused to provide me, saying their hot water was good for tea. Next 2 days I requested the same to another staff and I was well attended.
