I have asked during the check-in about any fees related to a small pet staying, and the receptionist said that there wouldn't be any fee involved. At checkout, I was charged a big fee. Totally unfair. If the hotel doesn't waive this fee at will, I will file a lawsuit to claim it. I let the receptionist at the checkout know about this (a different person). 15 minutes waiting to park because they had an issue with a car trying to get out of their parking, and charging a pet fee without letting me know in advance during the check-in.

Clean and super well located. Very nice breakfast as well! The staff are very kind and proactive, they make you feel like home. Good air conditioning, spacious room. Special thanks to Yara and ladies in the breakfast area… they are amazing!!! It would be nice to have a bin in the kitchen, and cooking top, it’s fridge and microwave only, internet from time to time unavailable, but overall it was super good stay. Will come back. :)

Great Location, Good staff, Very clean. Breakfast was great The Wifi was absolutely terrible. Constantly Going on and off, can’t use WiFi in certain parts of the Room without extreme buffering, or just not working. Also no microwave to heat up food
