It’s in a great location and their breakfast is delicious, with lots of options, just missed some food allergy alternatives… The carpet in the halls need some deep cleaning.

The bedding was more like a sleeping bag made out of the sheets. Not comfortable at all

Amazing comfortable beds and everything spotless. Great location! Showers could be improved. I had some issues on our first night with the key card of our room door but was solved in the next morning by the day staff.

I liked the aesthetic, it looked really nice from the outside. Staff was ok, maybe not having the best day but overall nice. I did not like that there was no parking at all, there should be a parking spot for each room, and we had booked 2 rooms. I also did not like that the room was smelling like food - as if someone had just eaten before our check-in. It also seemed that the toilet paper had been freshly used which made me doubt if the room was cleaned. Walls were dirty and with flys, so were the curtains. Bed sheets and towels looked old. Be mindful if you are a female traveler, lots of male workers staying in this hotel , hookers allowed if you are into that.. and as other reviewers have said, even though the door was locked from the inside (I always put a chair behind it) I was woken up startled by a worker walking into the chair very early in the morning (there were no ‘do not disturb signs’ to use, still they did not knock).

The place was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. The purposely canceled my reservation because the hotel was full. I had to call booking’s customer service to request for assistance. Booking was helpful and said that the reservation was active and that they can’t just cancel my reservation. It was really stressful and I had to do this after a 12h drive!!

If you want to stay near the airport to have a quick access, this hotel is a perfect fit. I didn’t have time for breakfast. The facilities are beautiful. The staff is also good. I saw a little bug at the bathroom. This is the only negative thing of the hotel. I didn’t have time to take the breakfast and describe about it.
