The location was good The staff were rude at check in and my husband sadly left his expense Samsung smart watch in the room and despite the GPS showing that it was there hours after we'd checked out, the hotel staff said they didn't find anything and suggested we look in our suitcase to make sure we didn't misplace it. The watch is equivalent to 4 thousand reais, it had pictures of my husband and our 2 year old child and yet the person who cleaned/checked the room didn't think to give it back. And to top it off the bathroom was dirty, with a dead cockroach on the floor.

Only location. Because Staff took 1 hour to check me in. The rooms are smaller. Not comfortable. Not clean. Old stuff and there was no breakfast in our package. But everyone else had.

Great place, awesome location. Couldn't get an extra pillow even after offering to pay for it. They just refused to give me an extra pillow like I was asking for a bag of untraceable bills and a helicopter.
