Sri Ratih Cottages

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They quickly and courteously responded to my concerns. The property has lush gardens and serves an excellent breakfast. It is also conveniently located near some great restaurants and down the street from an excellent yoga studio. Unfortunately, I must have had an old room. Despite an additional humidifier brought in when I complained of the moldy odor, I could not stay in the room due to health and allergy concerns. The hotel management was very gracious but due to its fully booked status, they could not move me to a newer or better room. I have since learned that in Bali, moldy rooms, especially those on the first floor that do not get sun exposure, can suffer from mold issues and are thus a common issue. In addition, if having a large pool to swim in is important for you, this might not be your best choice. The setting is lovely for a dip but you really can't get any laps in and can feel crowded quickly. For those who have mobility issues, this might not be a good choice either given steps and narrow paths.

Perfect location and very friendly staff. Good food and the spa is amazing My Only comment is about the food choices, maybe it will be better to have greater selection of ingredients such fruits and pastries.. just for elevating the food options

Room was very spacious and clean, pool side was very relaxing. Laundry service was great, Staff were excellent and friendly. Coconut water was great to have daily. Fantastic place to stay, highly recommend and will come back here :-) More vegetarian egg-free options for breakfast would have been good. Walking path to main street was very uneven and a little far - about 15mins++ one way.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is also so beautiful and from each person I interacted with, I could feel the love and intention to make sure the guests were happy. The restaurant was so good, there were many breakfast choices and they accommodated nicely for my gluten and dairy allergies. The spa and my massage were also so fabulous and so needed. I would easily recommend Sri Ratih and look forward to going back again in the future.

The aeration in the honeymoon suite we had. I felt we didn't have enough fresh air especially through the night.

Beautiful nature, relaxing spa services, good location, exceptional service Maybe the only thing i did not like was the big cockroach i saw on the cottage area which is normal for Ubud, i am just scared too much. But rather than that - exact Bali vibe , very nice and quiet. The food could also be a bit improved (tenderloin steak was not tender at all, difficult to chew).

Great stay in Ubud! We stayed in the two-bedroom suite. Bathroom was huge. We thought it was one whole unit with two bedrooms, but it’s actually two separate rooms next to each other. Breakfast starts at 7am and is made-to-order. I wished they had more coffee options - only regular coffee was offered.

This was a fantastic hotel to stay at. This was the second time my wife and I stayed at this property during our holiday. We loved our previous 5 day stay at this hotel and decided to come back at the end of our holiday to stay a couple more days. We absolutely love this hotel! The rooms are beautiful, the food was phenomenal, especially breakfast, the massage therapists are awesome and the the entire staff made us feel very welcome. I can’t say enough good things about Sri Ratih Cottages! Top Notch! We can’t wait to stay there again the next time we visit Ubud. No complaints at all!

First of all its location, not far from center and with a lot of small shops and eateries close. The room was spacious and very pleasant. Breakfast very good with European and Balinese options .

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was amazing. The food in the restaurant was delicious with a great selection. It was located close to everything worth doing in Ubud.

Very beautiful area and helpful, pleasant staff. The standard rooms don’t match the pictures. In reality, they are dark and gloomy. In my case, the room was also quite noisy. For this price, you can find much better value elsewhere.

The pool was fantastic, our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The walk out snorkeling was amazing! The staff was top notch, some of the best service we’ve ever had. Food was delicious. Not a thing! Even during rain storms it was a relaxing place to hang out.

garden with a splendid display of various trees quietness pleasant open air cafe overlooking garden, koi small pond and small temple In the evening, the garden lighting system does not do justice to the beauty of the trees. If you arrive with your own car, be aware that direct access up to hotel from downtown Ubud is forbidden from +/- 9 to 20h (=long detour through Sayan or Penestanan). Though from hotel to Ubud center is possible at all times. Motorbike : up and down at all times.
