Absolutely gorgeous location and facilities. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and masseuses were very skilled. Restaurant had delicious breakfast and dinner, all for a very reasonable price

The property itself was lovely, lush, and full of intricate statutes and gardens. The ambiance and the amazing staff there were unbeatable! It’s also somewhat close to the center of Ubud, but you’ll most likely need to take the free hotel shuttle if it’s before 5pm or hire a Grab if it’s after 5pm. The shuttle was such a nice touch, too. We had the two-bedroom villa with pool and, while it was gorgeous on the outside, the inside of the rooms were outdated and had a bit of a smell (insect repellent). There was also many unwanted critters in the room, specifically ants, lizards, and mosquitos. The staff was kind enough to spray, but at night it was a bit scary thinking you’d be constantly bit by mosquitos. Also, ventilation in the rooms are very poor. Nearby farmers were burning their fields and inside our rooms it smelled smoky and burnt… very hard to sleep. Lots of animal noises too at night, but they give you air buds. For the price of this property, I would think the rooms would be better insulated and decorated and kept up.

The hotel was really amazing too bad we stayed only for 2 nights. The view of the rice fields was so beautiful and the staff was so welcoming. We had the massage they offer but there are some difference on what was advertised vs the reality. We did not see the different body oils on display and the masseuse are not in traditional uniform. One of my friend was not satisfied with the quality of the massage. Also the ceiling opening on the villa bathroom was so uncomfortable especially at night.. it makes you look at it and feels someone was looking even its none.

The property is great. The reception and restaurant staff are very friendly, they went above and beyond to satisfy guests. Breakfast is fantastic, variety of options and we even ordered additional meal for free. Hotel has shuttle bus to downtown Ubud 4 times a day. Their restaurant is also opened for lunch and dinner with affordable prices.

The location is quiet though away from the central areas but also very convenient since there is a shuttle bus provided. Only some ants crawling at the bathroom.

Beautiful setting I was there in January, peaceful quiet, relaxing And the staff all had time to speak to you and deal with everything Using WhatsApp to ask for somebody to pop out to the pool to open the umbrella lol And they did instantly Wonderful customer service It wasn’t something I didn’t like because I liked the peace and quiet But it’s not a hotel for families unless you use the free minibus into town or get a taxi everywhere I use the free minibus when the weather wasn’t brilliant and went to have a look around the town And decided to plan my own full day trip and had my own driver for the day which was 30 English pounds

Very spacious and beautifully decorated room and bathroom. The property included a small garden, large room and bathroom which almost feel like a standalone villa. Nice staff, great breakfast and facilities. Might not be as close to center Ubud a other hotel.

Breakfast and foods was so delicious, the place is quiet and peaceful, beautiful serene, staff are super friendly. Bedroom was clean, hotel was beautifully maintain, our room also smells good. They also have free car service and pick up to main road Ubud. Chickens sound everyday in a very early morning start around 2am/4am nonstop , woke us up from good ? slept.
