Location was perfect and room was clean

It was comfortable for me, great breakfast and location, thank you very much!!

Everything was amazing, the host here Gede is very helpful and nice, there’s an air condition in the room, clean sheets, very good breakfast, free water, simply the best

Balcony doors don’t close completely, so mosquitos get it every night. The wifi didn’t handle work calls, but other than that it was fine (e.g. for youtube).

I arrived solo but left with new friends, such a welcoming environment, staff and breakfast was good

Nothing. Very bad experience That’s nothing to do with the photos. Very bad small as soon as you walk-in the main entrance. Fleas and bedbugs everywhere. And the staff was very rude

1.The location is right at the central of Ubud making it very accessible and convenient. 2.The owner and the guy - Gede is very responsive with all the queries through whatsapp which I liked the most. They really do assist you with everything you might need. They’re very approachable in person as well. 3.I loved the breakfast. I always order the Nasi Goreng w egg and fruits and Bali coffee. 4.Their driver- Wei Wei, is amazing and very kind, very courteous! Thank you, Weiwei! 5.They have a common area with free tea coffee amenities anytime you wanted it. Amazing! (I always stay there if i dont feel like using my headset not to make any noise inside the room) 1.Towel is not included. And that towel is very old. I think it would be better to stick with the usual white towels to make it look more clean. (they provided the colored towel) 2.The WC or toilet can still be cleaned more. It was stained, yes, but they can soak it w some bleaches and brush it afterwards. It doesnt look clean even if i know for a fact that they cleaned it bec of the stains. 3.AC is not 24 hours. (10-2pm only)

Nothing to like here, seriously. Full of BEDBUGS all over the place. Nightmare, you will pay but won't be able to sleep. Bites everywhere and so dirty place. Must avoid

Nice stuff. It was for me to many people in one room. And a bit dirty place. And no hot water at all in the shower.

I slept so well here the beds are amazing and it's nice and quiet even with the ac. Felt like I was at home the common area is very cozy and I appreciated the complimentary coffee. Great location to check out the markets-there is a small fridge and freezer as well.

Passable

The stuff was super nice and helped me when I was sick and even drove me to the doctor.. I also loved the sitting area, it was quite, comfortable and we got water and tea for free.

Gede was such a great help with everything from the check-in to booking a shuttle and boat to Gili T. This hostel is great value for the money and is in a great location. If I return to Ubud, I will be staying here again!

Clean and comfy, not much of a hostel vibe.

The staff, only hostel with no noise from the streets, comfortable beds. I stayed in 3 different hostels but liked this one the most.

I love the dormitory is very calm and quiet, the breakfast is also good. I like the place you can meet local people because some famlily is lving around so you can learn more about culture of Bali.
