Made was great. Quiet and nice place close to main shopping retailer street.

The facility was okay. The AC didn't work well but it was okay. The bed was comfy. Hot water was good but didn't last long. The host lady that goes by (Mama) She verbally tore in to me! Only to end up apologizing when she realized she was wrong! She told me "Get down stairs!" "You must be out of here at 12!" And much more ...All the while, she was driving her pointer finger into the wooden table while lecturing me! She had a stern look and aggressive attitude. I was calm and explained to her that I had rebooked earlier that morning. Her staffworker who woke me up from my sleep, was turning her head away bcuz she was embarrassed! I'm a 47 yr old man and she was lecturing me like I was a child! After she didn't believe me. She then called her boss and he confirmed to her that I had rebooked. She tried to be nice after that, but I had already seen the lady behind the mask. I didn't tell her off the way I wanted to, but I decided to write this comment in hopes that she knows about it and not to treat others that way!

Mama is lovely and very helpful with anything you need. AC in the room works great, the bed is comfortable and water pressure was also good in the shower Last few days of our stay there was no internet, which made it hard to plan things for the rest of our trip. Also we happened to have to noisy people in the next room, but that’s no fault of the property

Location was right in the center of Ubud, very convenient to get to any attraction and great restaurants. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Mama was a very friendly and helpful host who will make you feel right at home. Hot water in shower! The air con was not very strong and kept turning off and there was a power outage.

Good clean room, new bed. Great value for money. Not in the centre of town but not far either. Quiet location. Mumma and her staff were very friendly. I'd stay again.

The cost The bathroom and cleanliness. Kitchen was also not useable.

Nothing to brag about The staff kept asking for a payment upfront although a few attempts to explain payment was to be made upon leaving. However, it was happening again the next day until payment was being made.

Very clean and affordable. No clear sign along the road and the pin is not accurate in the GoJek or Grab app

Location is great, near from market, gas station, city centre, good wifi Location was difficult to find, property number written on booking.com unreachable, slow response, poor facilities

Not clean at all, I did book a room with 2 twins bed but they tell me that they don’t have any room like this available and if I was not happy I just have to cancel and find another place. She wake up us on the morning one day before the check out because she didn’t check how many night I book so super annoying. And for finish I did wake up every morning with cockroach dead in the room like 3-4 every day.
