There were a strong smell in the rooms and the house was really old and the facilities weren't in a good condition. The beds were awful and there were noises in the walls and roofs like something were living there.Not comfy sleep at all.This villa needs renovation asap

The pool is large and clean. Swimming towel is provided. We can see green paddy field from our villa. The view is perfect, especially in the morning and evening. We can feel the serenity. The bed was squeaking. A little movement made the bed squeak. It affected our sleep quality. It located in the outskirts area, so a lot of insects and mosquitoes.

nice private villa and beautiful heater not working and the hair dryer needs to upgrade.

The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. The rooms were not furnished well, and the property was falling apart. The photos on Booking.com are not at all indicative of the actual property status. The kitchen area was poorly equipped and the fridge was not working. The location of the property is very far from the center of Ubud.
