Nature and location Room wasn’t clean Two single beds put next to each other with seperate single mattresses instead of king size bed

Concept of the room is okay. There's only 1 staff the 1st night I came. All the way to my room was pitch-black. The source of light was depending on the rented rooms which means when theres no tenant, it would gv u a goosebump. The lock on each room (I booked 2 rooms) was a challenge. The bedsheet looked fine under the dim light but somehow I'm not sure if the bedsheet was changed before I checked in. The water that stopped running in the middle of the night was another thing that I experienced on the 2nd or 3rd day from supposedly 11 days. I decided to check out the next day. I expected to get a refund after staying for only 3 days from 11 days due to the inconvenience (I paid fully in advance for 2 rooms for 11 days 10 nights) but was rejected. Things I truly regretted were: paid fully in advance and signed all those papers the staff gv me. Only if all the reviews I had read before I came there were honest, I wouldnt choose to stay there in the first place. Sorry to say but that was truly such a waste of money. Lesson learned.

The bedroom was nice and maintained well. it may be okay 3 star villa. poor kitchen, kettle having insects, location was a 400m walk on narrow road by walk only, kids and family very difficult to walk. juice breakfast was mixed with water,

Nothing. Ok the deck and the garden were nice. This place has so much potential but not well looked after. It's dirty and moldy. There was no duvet cover and duvet dirty. There was something between the fitted sheet and mattress that felt sandy, I didn't even dare looking. Lights switch were not by the bed but at the other end of the room. The pool needs maintenance - haven't seen anyone use it. There is no privacy, lots of mosquitoes and the staff couldn't care less. No effort to communicate about breakfast, so ended up having breakfast elsewhere. The coffee place next door also called Saka was really nice and offers good coffee. But stay away from the Saka Village. Not worth the cheap price.

The location of the room

First I loved how affordable it was. I only needed a place to sleep, and the room was comfortable, clean with everything I needed (Fridge, working AC, hot water shower). The to my surprise, when I got there, I saw what a great location it was, near by the center and some of my favorite restaurant in Ubud. It's not the most private. But remember how affordable it is. Totally worth it

A tad bit rough around the edges but in all it was an incredible value. For this great price, if you complain, you have a problem.

Everything

Not much it was dated and not very clean the staff were not helpfull esp the lady. It's down a lane hard to get to and kitchen was not well equipped and bed was dirty and full of lint balls. There was a rat that passed the window every night. A wire out of the wall in the pool Ripped pillow case and very stained mattress Asked for a knife to prepare diner and got told they have none. Asked for an extra sun lounger for villa as only gave us one was told no. Eventually after 3 days we got one more.

The feeling was like you are in a private villa, with pool and covered with greenery was so peaceful and luxurious.

The location was nice. It was mostly quiet. The inside/outside shower was nice. The bed was comfortable in all of our rooms. Overall I would stay again as I can plan better however I would not recommend this to others. If you have any mobility issues this is not the place for you. The accommodation was inaccessible by car. You have to walk/scooter down approx. 300m. The path was paved and in fairly good condition. So pack light or bring a suitcase with wheels. It wasn't ♿ accessable friendly at all! The pictures online were deceiving in this area. The bath/toilet was split level with massive steps down. My mum managed barely as she has had knee replacements. If it had rails it would have helped her. No bedside lamp, had to get up and walk across the room to turn lights on/off. No bin next to the fridge/in room. Only bin was down stairs in the bathroom. No cups to brush teeth with. Limited towels/bath mats as the floor was very slippery when wet. Kettle/hot water is available in the pool area only, not in your room. Not the most hygienic place but tidy.

Private Pool Toilets and sheets not clean.

The greenery in the resort. Rooms are big. Staff is friendly and nice. Location is away from the main road so we have peace and quiet. With no big luggage, it was ok to walk the short path from the main road to the resort. WiFi is not strong in the rooms. Place is a bit old. The landscaping is nice but needs better maintenance. Breakfast can have more varieties.

This was my 2nd stay and it was very different from the 1st which was in 2004. The room was not very clean and the this time the bed very uncomfortable. The staff were nice but when asked for clean towels they never bought the.m.

Saka Village is located in an area where multiple villa parks are located. You can't access the village by car, there is a parking area where you can be dropped off and staff will help you with the luggage to get to the place. It is close enough to Ubud centre and there are some restaurants around. The pool was not too big but clean. The Villa is in need of some maintenance. They seem to not have been looked after for some time. The kitchen kabinets are dirty and old, so are the kitchen utilities. The dining table and chairs have some holes in them and on the edge of breaking, the gate to the villa is faling apart and difficult to properly close. The villa is basically 2 (large) double bedrooms on each side, then the outdoor seating area sits in-between the 2 with your private pool. The bedsheets had stains, they could do with new ones.
