The host was kind and friendly but the rest was very bad. The towels were smelly, lots of bugs in the room, had to ask to spray repellent and it wasn’t cleaned well after that. The water is barely warm, almost cold, the shower wasn’t pleasant. Also Internet wasn’t working and we had important work matters to deal with. Big disappointment, the breakfast isn’t worth as well.

Relaxing and idyllic environment. It is the people that make the place. The wonderful family that runs the place are the friendliest and most helpful people you'll ever meet. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and help out with sightseeing. Best experience!

The stuff was mainly friendly and supportive. The fee reasonable. The original room had a moldy air (probably coming frome the AC); so I asked for another one: it was better, but the bathroom still moldy. The description and the photos let me expect a natureous and spacy place, it was not. The description „entire villa“ was definitely a lie! because I had a simple room only with shared terasse.

I kept extending my stay here I loved it so much. Very comfortable bed and the kindest staff. Great pool, beautiful landscaping, walkable to great restaurants like Casa Curandera.

Our room was located next to the kitchen and social area, which made it less private. The breakfast was disappointing—the Nasi Goreng was made with hard rice, and the omelette had too much MSG. The coffee was initially quite bad, though they replaced it, albeit not perfectly. The AC in the room was noisy, and the nearby playground made it quite loud due to the sound of children playing. Additionally, the soap was not replenished, and the Wi-Fi signal in the room was weak. The curtains were also too thin, which affected privacy and light control.

The room is clean and bright. Garden is pretty and the pool refreshing. Quiet location, except for the staff 5am food preparations just outside the bedroom. At 5am I was woken by a persistent knocking noise. When I went out to check it a staff was chopping onions and preparing food in the kitchen which is directly on the other side of the bedroom wall. I could not sleep with the noise. The room (#4) has huge glass panels covered in only shear curtains so light comes in and it is right next to communal kitchen and dining so not private. The staff did turn off most lights at night, which helped.

I don't like the pool it was so small, and they don't have shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothpaste ... no bottles of water
