The location, it is not a huge property which better and nicer, the pool, the spa, and it is calm and quiet Need to work on their food.

Great breakfast. Comfortable rooms with great A/C. Pool area is beautiful.

The rooms themselves were tucked away from the traffic, leaving them nice and comfortable in a silent place for peace, relaxation, and sleep. There wasn’t anything specific that could be changed easily.

The property was located in a good location, had a wonderful shower, and had a great staff. Their driver, Yudi, was especially wonderful. He was a great, safe driver and was extremely knowledgeable. Haven’t above and beyond to help guide us to the most rewarding moments. Nothing

Staff and location was great. The rooftop pool is beautiful Marble flooring. I think wooden would be a nice touch

Beautiful property. Loved the rice field view. Expected a nicer rooftop bar. Was designed to be a pool bar so very casual.

Adiwana Bisma is located in one of the most ideal spots in Ubud, right in the heart of the city. The view from the hotel’s pool is absolutely stunning, allowing you to truly feel the spirit of Ubud. Everything you might need—markets, cafes, currency exchange offices, bike rentals, etc.—is within easy reach. The breakfasts were very diverse and delicious. However, what truly makes this hotel special is the exceptional care and attention from the staff. They handle every matter with great dedication. We traveled as a family, and all the staff were incredibly kind and attentive to our son. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff we so happy, professional and fast

1. They provided us a big portion and delicious chicken sandwich upon our late check in for free! It helped us a lot since, most restaurants already closed when we arrived. 2. The place is very strategic, within walking distance to tourist attractions, cafes, restaurants, and spas. 3. The tranquility. 4. The food. Yummy!!

Food is ok, nothing special especially in comparison to other restaurants in Ubud. I found the room a bit dark and noise insulation not great in some rooms. I had to change room because of the noise . But the staff was helpful and very responsive.

Absolutely outstanding staff- so friendly and can’t be more helpful. Great location and beautiful suite. The breakfasts were also outstanding. We did a couples romantic spa package which we would highly recommend. All of the staff are very sweet and we can’t thank you enough for making our stay so wonderful We got to know Gede, our driver and tour guide. As well as being a great driver, he taught us so much about the local culture and traditions. Nothing

The staff was absolutely amazing! We arrived at the hotel at 2am and were warmly welcomed with wonderful snacks and dinner! The menu at the restaurant was incredible, healthy and delicious. Adiwana Bisma surpassed by far our expectations in every possible way. We are delighted to recommend this hotel!

Spa was quite busy but they accommodated me at the end

Everything at the hotel was beyond our expectations. Best massages ever! The food was quite amazing. You could see those massive mountains on a clear day from the pool. Ask for Suma as your hotel driver and you won’t be disappointed. No complaints.

The hotel was so welcoming. The staff was so friendly, every one of them greeted us each time they saw us and said “welcome home” every time we came back. Our room was beautiful, the breakfast was hearty and delicious, and we loved our time at the pool. Not their fault, but it was a bit of a walk to town.
