Absolutely loved this gem of a property. Rice fields but still very conveniently located to downtown Ubud and the yoga barn. The pool was also really nice. Loved the balcony and being able to see a rice field! Could use better cleaning, there was so much dust and dirt in my room. Also, I think they were hiring some sort of yoga retreat because the yoga shala was always busy but they couldnt provide any information on it? It was a little confusing to be honest. But otherwise, really loved my stay.

Amazing location, friendly staff, and relaxed views within the city. The bamboo stairs are quite noisy and the rooms aren’t soundproofed, but what can you expect from a bamboo structure! I was fine with ear plugs :)

The hotel is very nice, with a Bali-style design located in the middle of the city, close to many good restaurants and shops. Despite its central location, there are rice fields within the hotel, creating a peaceful atmosphere. There are also many small swimming pools, and the bamboo houses are very unique. We reserved a room in the hotel building, but it was full, so we were placed in a bamboo house instead. The bamboo house is far from the lobby, and we have to walk up and down to reach our room. While the bamboo house is nice, the bathroom is downstairs and the bedroom is upstairs, which was not convenient for me as I woke up during the night and had to go to the toilet. The bamboo stairs also make a squeaking sound when walking up and down. In addition, the room does not have enough lighting for reading at night. Breakfast is a set menu, not a buffet.

It’s almost perfect accomodation. Nothing to complaint

Its right in the city not far away. We stayed for 2 nights in standard non bamboo house and it was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and sufficient. Property has 3 pools. There is a big cocomart store within 300-400 meters of walking distance. we enjoyed our limited stay here would love to visit again next time. No complaints!

Location is good, 15 mis walk from Ubud market place Room (Bamboo house) was good single bed room in frist floor and the wash room in GF I asked for the change of room immideately they obligued

I paid extra for rice paddies view, there was no rice growing. Only mud. The bathroom is very dated.

It was hard to get sheets and towels that didn't smell like mold, I'm not too sensitive to mold and I woke up stuffy every morning.

We loved the view from the room, it was amazing waking up to views over the rice padi's and the fact there were 3 pools was awsome. The walk to our room was slightly annoying just because if you forgot anything it was a long walk there and back. It would also have been great if there was more optio s for breakfast.

The staff were so friendly at Biyukukung Suites and Spa and were willing to cater for any questions I had. My room was cleaned daily and so close to all amenities that Ubud has to offer. The only thing I found difficult was that the breakfast room was a long way from my room up a lot of steps but I just used it as extra exercise. This was just a minor issue and really not worth mentioning as the breakfast was worth it.

Friendly staff, very good spa facilities/services. Quaint concept but had a lot of challenges. My bamboo house was quite far from the reception area. Thanks to the porters for carrying my many suitcases. Also, bedroom was on second floor, so most of my luggage had to stay on the main floor. I was next to a restaurant and it was quite loud most of the time…not the zen experience I thought it would be. There was a big rodent who spent time in my garbage can trying to get a wrapper out, but then ate part of my banana.

The location, scenery is good and wildlife, mosquito net Not actually a double bed just 2 singles pushed together, you can feel the springs push into you and the edge of the single mattress, the shower pressure wasn’t good and would sometimes have barely any water coming out, the shower drain got blocked but was resolved within the day, one of the guests was naked on the balcony in the view of the pool and other guests

The hot water didn’t work. Other than that, all was great!

Amazing views, cute bungalows and helpful and friendly staff. Lovely with different pools. Felt like waking up in the countryside! We stayed in a bamboo bungalow and it was very hot on the days we were there. Unfortunately the AC located in the top floor wasn’t strong enough to pump the cool air down to the second floor so it got very hot inside during the day.

Location, the food was very good. Old mattresses, dirty bathroom, all bedding and pillows poor quality and old and tired. Villas were difficult to get to especially at night. Bedroom a/c poor due to no insulation in the cabins. Generally a run down old facility charging what higher end facilities cost.
