Run-down infra. Desperately needs an upgrade.

Greenery There was no gym,no equipment etc . Swimming pool was smaller for 4 star category.Indian food can be more tasty
-
Food was only ok and no other options very close. Central ubud is 20+ mins away. Wifi was good. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were very kind and helpful. Very relaxing away from busy Bali
-
Could have added additional indian cuisine bathrooms in the restaurant
-
For the money we paid, nothing. Some of the staff were sweet. Food, not fresh, limited selection. Bar not stocked. Only has local spirits. Property run down and tired. Not clean.

Passable
-
not very much poorly maintained, two golf carts available that takes very long to come to collect you especially since we were the last villa in most remote part of the estate and it rained everyday we were there . also our room had no umbrellas , and lots of bugs.
-
The staff was good especially Windia. He was always willing to help and offer advice when needed. The rooms were nice but more effort would help when coming to cleaning. There were areas that need more attention especially the corners, areas below the chairs and the bathrooms.

The room was lovely. Particularly the lagoon which could be accessed direct from the property. Carts to pick up luggage and people were good. Friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble Lagoon pool loungers uncomfortable.
-
The resort was quiet and out of the way of the hustle and bustle of Ubud but only a 20 minute drive to Ubud centre. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool is quiet. We had it to ourselves to relax for the day. The bed was sooo comfy. The place was so clean and spacious rooms The breakfast was as expected. Decent for the amount of people they have to cater to. I had a freshly made omelette every morning, was lovely. Nothing, it was all lovely.

The toilet was dirty and the facilities were old and broken The staff

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Room service was also quick. The free shuttle to the main city was also very helpful! Even though the whole resort was wide, we were sure to have a staff around if ever we needed help of anything. Though the place is very clean, we can see the age of the facilities. Some glasses had cracks, the tiles are discolored. It’s nothing to be worries about though, we still very much enjoyed our stay here.

staff behaviour was superb there was no closet in the room!

Very good

Not that much to be honest. The place was tied and the linen ever worse. The towels looked like they had been used for 10 years. Breakfast was very old fashioned and most facilities at breakfast broken and outdated. I feel this place needs some new management.

Beautiful gardens in the middle of a rice field The hotel is outdated and not maintained. Food is below average and would not rate the hotel 5 stars.
