The location and value to money I think the room need a little bit of airy time, and I understand why the comment mostly spoke about the funny shower set up. Cause when I was there, my sink and floor became wet unconditionally ?

Amazing value for the price. It was super clean, the interior was nice, the staff was amazing, and the menu for room service was great! The overrall energy and vibe was peaceful and relaxing, and it really made you feel like you were getting an authentic experience of Ubud. We thought it would be a bit far from the center, but it was really close with Grab/Gojek. Would definetly stay again!

The hotel is very cozy, feels like Bali family owns it and cares with love. A lot of plants around, nice pool, tasty breakfast, great room and amazing service, team is very helpful and friendly. My friends recommended this hotel, they always come back here and I will definitely comeback next time too;)

Stunning hotel with a gorgeous pool. It is ~15min walk from the Center of Ubud which gave it a tranquil vibe but was also easy to reach the center by foot or grab. The staff was so friendly and hospitable and our room was always in perfect condition. The driver Jojon was fantastic and drove us from the airport to the hotel and also from the hotel to Amed. He had lots of great tips, ask him to take you for the best crispy pork in Ubud!

the staff confirmed after booking for side by side rooms, but un confirm it 2 days before arrival, other than that decent stay. no complimentary was offered for the error. Staff seemed aloof and under trained for hospitality.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is very good and so close to the center. The food was very good too. Overall we recommend staying there. ??

Good location. Even though the road that leads to the hotel is not well maintained, but the car and bikes can reach it easily. The staff was very nice and polite. The rooms are clean and decent. The view from the balcony is of the pool. Overall it was a pleasant experience. There was some construction nearby and a bit noisy. Which was not really annoying because most of the day we were not in the hotel. The breakfast options and quality of the food can be improved.

Great hotel. The staff were really friendly. Exceptional value for money. Pool isn't as spacious as the photos make out The hotel is brand new in the photos and a lot more tired now (but really not that bad for the price). We underestimated the proximity of the hotel to the center and ended up having to get taxis every evening as the access road is pitch black at night. The above didn't bother us too much and this is reflected in the cheap price.

The stuff was great and kind. The information about checkin and check out was clear, the information about swimming pool timing was clear, and the stuff was flexible. The room was clean and comfortable, and the place had a very good wifi connection. There was a little humidity smell in the room

I think it’s time for them to change the towels and bedsheets, as even if I expect they were clean they were very very grey, like if they have them for 100 years… When you use them you don’t have feeling they are clean. Otherwise all was good.

Short walk away from Main Street! Staff very accommodating and so pleasant! Great food! Lovely pool! Rented scooter through them, very cheap! Really Enjoyed our stay!

Staff are lovely Pool area is nice but limited loungers Nice airy room Location isn’t great - hotel is at the bottom of a really poorly lit dirt track which sometimes grab bike drivers have difficulty finding Bad WiFi
