This place is huge and easy to get lost in. Some areas of the hotel are left unattended by staff I had to wait for 30min to ask someone where could I find a pool towel.. however the staff are friendly and helpful.

The welcoming and relaxation we needed on the group. The suite was spacious enough to all spread out. The cocktails on delivery were great. Highly recommend to others.

We thought this hotel was gorgeous and well staffed. We stayed in villa 3 which had a spectacular view of the jungle and had all amenities in the room needed. The Indian food restaurant was fabulous! It was so isolated that after a long and tiring day of sightseeing it made it difficult to go out to dinner other than on the property.

Fantastic hotel in the terrace paddies and overlooking a ravine and jungle. Facilities, including the two restaurants, were fantastic, and so was the staff. We had a room with our own terrace and an endless pool overlooking the jungle. Cannot recommend this hotel high enough if you are planning a visit to Ubud. Very little. The pool was a little cold. ;-)

Amazing Breakfast and the restaurant at the pool was really nice as well. Super friendly staff and stunning views. Pillows were very tall and firm

Great big room, wonderful view into the creek and the jungle. Loud music, many, many stairs to walk, limited availability of various offers (check in time, Bintang beer, avocado, tea pastry)

Amazing location and facilities Quiet and peaceful which was a breath of fresh air compared to busy Ubud. The perfect place to chill out and have some private time with having crowds of typical tourists. Seemed a little light on staff compared to other places but wasn't a real issue given the laid back vibe and quiet setting.
