Helpful staff and the atmosphere of the place is amazing its like living in a clean jungle It was perfect

The staff are so helpful and friendly. Everyone greets you with a smile. The breakfast is amazing. The rooms are large and roomy and cleaned everyday. The grounds are peaceful and comfortable. A wonderful place. Thinner pillows would be nice.

The staff was discret, polite, and useful. Very good spa as well. We had a 90 min couple massage which was very good. Great breakfast, bar, and restaurants.

Staff so friendly and helpful. Really lovely, thoughtful touches, such as a large bowl of fruit and welcome drink, truffles with turndown every evening, complimentary insect repellent spray, plug-in, and balcony repellent coil. Comfortable, large bed, and plenty of storage. Nice, fluffy towels. The property is beautifully decorated and surrounded by nature. Two great restaurants to choose from - Orchid Duck on site and Bebek Tepi Sawah right next door. Would have preferred if the shower had a guard to prevent water spilling out and slightly better water pressure. Portions at breakfast variable - some dishes were tiny and others very generous, so difficult to guess what to order.

Staff was always there to help us. Especially Synthia is a great person. She always welcomed us with her smile. The atmosphere of the hotel is really good. We loved being there. Easy access to all attractions by scooter. In my opinion food quality of breakfast is low for this kind of hotel.

Beautiful garden with a lot of greens and two swimming pools. Bath room also very wide and nice. More than those things, I was impressedd with the friendly and supportive staffs always smiling to guests. So far nothing. But the location is quite far from city center.

Very green and well maintained hotel. Exceptional cuisine - both breakfasts and restaurant. Out of the staff, Cynthia (Sinthia) has been an incredible help, recommending us places to go to and helping us within our journey. Hotel and its territory are lovely decorated, two open swimming pools available. All was good

Beautiful traditional Balinese property. The grounds are very well kept, room was clean and most of all the staff were friendly and helpful. 10/10 and would highly recommend this property. Breakfast at the property was awesome, loved the variety and menu. The facilities were lovely and clean.Gardens beautiful and well maintained Service and manager very accommodating. After our stay we went to a five star hotel in Seminyak , nicer accommodation and cheaper . So from the perspective of value for money I'm not sure it rates so well.

The staff was super friendly ans helpful. There is a shuttle to the City center / monkey Forest and back. The breakfast was super nice,you could choose between different sweet and salty options. The hotel / hotel restaurant is not cheap, but the food quality speaks for itself. We got daily fresh drinking water and they provided a mosquito spray There were no surprises

Beautiful tranquil resort. Very quiet and amazing staff and service. 2 small pools to choose from. Plentiful breakfast options - small serves but if you are hungry, just order more (as there is no limit). Lovely afternoon tea. My room was an excellent size, well appointed with a gorgeous open air bathroom and a delightful private balcony. Not the most convenient location but fine if you're happy to jump on the back of a bike to get places quickly.
