Absolutely beautiful property and impressive service as well! Staff was very kind and thoughtful. Traffic from the airport made the few miles take 2 1/2 hours to get there from the airport.

The breakfast was incredible!! Bed was super super comfortable (necessary after getting off a 26 hour flight). Staff was so nice. They have shuttle every 2 hours that drops you off directly in city center

The grounds are not big but they are beautiful! Gym is small but well equipped Spa is lovely! Good massage friendly staff Construction outside causing traffic delays! My room with private pool - the pool was not private from a visual point of view. People from the main pool could look up and see me which was very disappointing as it’s the main reason I booked the room. Towels and bed linen look over used Breakfast - can only order from Al la carte and so any extras you have to pay for - I do like a 2nd cup of coffee in the morning

The aesthetics and the staff were amazing! And the location was perfect! My river pool room wasn’t the cleanest in terms of the patio. I understand it’s a part of nature but I couldn’t enjoy it as much because of it being dirty outside.

The staff was very very kind and friendly. Is one of the best assets of this hotel. The room eas perfect with bath and private pool was very clean and comfortable … the private pool was awesome and is a MUST! … The spa was really nice and the bali massage was perfect! The mosquito net outside the bed was insufficient for stopping them, so they could work on that or any other devices!

It's a great resort with even better staff. The biggest value of this resort is its stuff. Every employee is motivated to help and assist you. Everybody was very professional, kind, helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient because the resort is located only 10min away from the center. Still, it is also located close to the jungles, so you get those jungle vibes while being very close to the city. The hotel also offers free shuttles to the center and back several times per day.

Massages at the hotel's spa were great. Staff in all departments were very nice, good service and very attentive. Rooms were promptly cleaned each day. Pool was clean but could do with a few extra sunbeds. Not enough for all the guests. Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from. The hotel itself is a bit out of the main town and with the traffic being very hectic at all hours it takes a while to get there, 10 - 15 mins in car. The beds were not the most comfortable but still ok. The towels definitely could do with being replaced.

My villa was beautiful. I had my own pool. Everything was super clean. Fresh fruit daily. I did a cooking class at the restaurant. Chief was so nice. There are several events happing through out the day and night. Nothing

The villa looks amazingly beautiful. And it's ground fantastic. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the meals were so delicious. They also had a free shuttle to and from downtown Ubud, which made going shopping so easy.

This resort is the most beautiful and intimate resorts, if you want to avoid big hotels like Hilton & Ritz Carlton, then book resorts that are locally owned such as this one. I personally despised big hotels, this was by far the best resort to fully experience Bali. Located in the heart of Ubud, deep in the jungle, the serene sounds of the jungle at night and during the day being near the locals rice fiends. The hotel also has free shuttle that is literally 8 min away from Ubud Center. Nothing

The room and facility was absolutely beautiful. The staff was exceptional as well and so helpful. Food at the restaurant was additionally exquisite! Here for our Honeymoon and they really had gone above and beyond to make sure our trip was exceptional! There was one day we had an issue with a late shuttle coming to pick us up from Ubud Center, however this being said traffic there can be quite unpredictable, therefore this is very understandable. The staff was overly apologetic regarding the matter and it never happened again. Also the shuttles are easily identifiable, with the name of the hotel on the side. The staff was very prompt with whatsapp messages in regards to grabbing the shuttle from Ubud Center.

The staff were so nice. They always remembered our names and dietary restrictions. I was disappointed the yoga was canceled for most of the days I was there for a private class but the staff are just so nice I couldn’t be upset. Room was just average but comfy beds and private views. I can’t say enough about the employees just so nice. The free shuttle to town is also really great. I recommend as a great place for a decent price.

Loved the river pool villa! Staff were nice and friendly and very accommodating! Loved all the spa baths and the flower pool. Also the floating breakfast was nice We also stayed in one of the suites and the toilet smelled like sewage. The river pool villa was fine! Didn’t smell. But if you are staying in the river pool villa, there will be bugs since it is in the jungle

I loved how big, beautiful, and clean the room was. I really enjoyed the fire dance night with the buffet. I would definitely stay again and recommend. The live music night was very nice too and the bread with pesto at the restaurant was delicious too. I have zero complaints.
