Could not fault the Udaya. Staff were lovely, pool is beautiful, great breakfast options with some traditional food and drinks to try and the rooms were stunning. The morning yoga class was one of the best I have ever been too.

Location is great and they offer shuttle every 2 hours (1 hour would be better). Pool and breakfast is good value. Attentive staff try to do their best especially at the breakfast. The current Internet speed is completely inadequate and unreliable for work purposes. Despite multiple complaints, the only action taken was a router replacement, which failed to resolve the issue. Furthermore, management did not follow up to verify if the connection speed had actually improved. Reliable internet is critical for travellers, and this requires immediate escalation and a permanent solution. We had ants in our room and had to call room service multiple times to spray ant control. There were multiple lizards in the balcony as well. Their spa is mediocre and staff doesn't encourage its use.

Great stay! We booked one-bedroom pool villa and it was beautiful, spacious, and impeccably maintained, offering the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and privacy.

The pool at the Ulin have some dirt/debris in the bottom like small rocks and stuff. Although we didn't really used it would have been good to see the bottom clear and clean but it's all good since it got covered with flowers anyways on our photoshoot.on the spa I didn't get notified there was a nicer bathroom inside. I used the one right outside which is not so bad but would have been nice to know there's one inside the spa bldg.i didn't liked the bathrooms at our Ulin room didn't have doors or some sort of covering or something. Also would been nice to have free beers at least one or two in the fridge or a free bottle of wine since it was pur anniversary.

Resort is super lush, very beautiful, you are literarily in the middle of jungle. Free yoga classes are cool. Good place to reset. Our villa had no space around the pool to sunbathe or relax, from the living area you step straight to the pool.

Beautifully manicured property. Love the live fish everywhere, and feeding them daily. The staff were all very kind and very helpful. We were sad to leave The Udaya.

The scenery was out of this world beautiful. Literally right in the middle of the rain forest. The food was just ok

my room was great. pool was nice. loved the green smoothie at check in! breakfast was good. staff was lovely. short grab drive into town. don't miss a flower bath at the spa I felt like I was constantly hearing construction even though I was in a villa away from the main building.
