Location, cleanliness, balcony, monkey watching, staff, spacious room, towels, clean bathroom Noise from nearby roosters all the time. Couldn’t sleep properly.No water or toilet paper refill, low water pressure.

The location was nice. Since it’s located in monkey forest, I had the chance to see monkeys. The employee was nice. The room was large with comfy beds. The shower head is too low to the extent that someone who’s shorter than 1’60 cm needs to sit on the tub to shower.

Very nice staff. Good location. Close to the monkey forest! If you don’t want to go to monkey Forest and pay money, you can meet monkeys out of your room they come in to this area a lot you can just sit out of your room and watch monkeys good location

Very convenient central location. It was amazing to see the monkeys from the balcony! Had to shower on my knees since I’m too tall lol

One of the highlights was watching the monkeys jumping around the area, even on the balcony, which was quite a unique experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were kind. Location is perfect. Overall good for what you pay. The cleanliness could be improved. Even after the room was cleaned again the next day, we still noticed some black hairs on the bed and floor that didn't belong to us. We had one room upstairs and one downstairs; the downstairs room had a bit of a moldy smell. There were also some stains on the towels and bedding.

Location was good, rooms were clean and comfortable, bathroom even had a bathtub. The overall impression was very good. Well, despite having a huge and comfortable balcony it couldn't be used much as monkeys were very active. But that comes with the location.

It’s close to everything by walking, you get to see a lot of monkey from your rooms. The rooms on the base floor, need to have an open window so less humidity odors in the rooms. But the upper level rooms were perfect
