Good value for money, very quiet rooms did not hear neighbours even with aircon off. Breakfast was a generous portion. Very friendly staff.

Douglas was amazing!! He was very communicative via WhatsApp day of arrival to day of departure. They messaged on WhatsApp when breakfast was ready, about our set up tours and transfers, etc. We did a day tour through the hotel and transfer and round trip boat ticket to gili t through hotel and it worked out well. Our driver for tour and transfer was Amet, Douglas friend and he and his wife were great! Amazing location as well right near monkey forest, shops, restaurants all walking distance. Breakfast was soo good as well. Only thing I would say is our AC wasn’t working that well, but we didn’t tell staff so they may have been able to fix it.

The staff were all very welcoming and courteous. The room was perfect size and quite comfortable. The rainfall showerhead was amazing with great water pressure, responsive temperatures, and easy to navigate controls. The net hammock was comfortable and one of the most notable unique features of the rooms. The location is central to many shops, restaurants, and activities. Despite this, because the property is tucked away from the main road, the property is quiet and peaceful. Great value for the price. The rooms vary slightly with their balcony orientation, and you don't really know which one you are getting until you arrive. Each level is unique and has its perks, but it might be nice to know ahead of time if a specific space is of importance to you. I didn't have either the outdoor hammock or the arched balcony seating that I saw on this website where I stayed on the top floor rooms, but the view of the orchid trees and the uniquely designed property was still beautiful.

it's hidden gems.. unique love the concept no elevator the stairs to climb to bed are a little danger but it's fun and i love the concept

Everything was very very outdated- need a complete renovation! The pool outside was very dirty. Everything in the room outdated . Breakfast was poor and not tasty ( we ordered only first day, and then decided to eat outside. Need renovation ASAP!

That said, I came here wanting a bit more of the coliving side of things, and it felt a bit stale. No one around using the facilities. Also, my room was really nice and I like the setup and the pool, but it did kinda have a funky smell at times.

The location is close to lots of attractions and restaurants. The staffs are extremely nice and will help us on everything? The bed sheet has a smell on it but not a serious problem.

Staff was very friendly. Good location, comfortable bed and the overall room itself. Unique layout of the room. Not a deal breaker, but can be improved. Location of the pool that is directly in front of other rooms, not much space from the room area to the pool.

The design of the pool and hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is in the centre of Ubud, so it’s convenient. The hygiene was not up to standard. I felt itchy the first two nights sleeping in the bed - I asked the staff to change, I felt better but the bed linings and pillow cases had black marks and sauce stains - same goes to the towels- were not bleached white. The room was also quite musty and damp. The stairs can be quite dangerous if you walk up and down. The water bottles they prepared were mouldy on the inside of the cap. I dared not drink water from the bottle. The bath was dirty and mouldy. It was clogged as well. I had to shower with the water up to my ankles. There were also very tiny bugs on the wall near the shower - I think that’s what made me feel itchy as I dried my towel and clothes in the bathroom. Last but not least, I found a dead fly in my fried noodles and two dead ants in my fried egg. Though the staff had apologised and given me free fruit platter, it just proves that the kitchen facilities are unclean. It has scarred me and I dared not have breakfast in the hotel anymore.
