The location is AMAZING. Right near Titi Batu gym on a side street with many good restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms were surprisingly large and nice for the amount I paid. Kind neighbors and responsive stuff. Loved my short stay. There were some little bugs in my bed which kept me up for a while.

The room is comfortable, the air conditioner works well, the pool is beautiful, and the cleaning is done properly. The view is also lovely. However, the water pressure in the tap is very weak, and the hotel is far from the center — not within walking distance.

Quiet area just outside of central Ubud. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool extremely clean and always refreshing. The staff were amazing. Super friendly and did a great job of keeping the property and room clean each day! Convenience store and several resturant options within walking distance. The location was just south of central Ubud but many of the tourist attractions are more to the north of central Ubud. This meant I had to drive through central Ubud traffic each time I wanted to visit a place north of the town.

The floor and bathroom were very clean, with plenty of hot water and fast Wi-Fi. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the property was easy to find. In the bathroom did not smell great, especially the first night, and the sheets were stained.

The view from the upper floor is not so great as you look directly onto a big pile of trash. Next time I would choose the pool view rooms on the first floor.

staff very friendly, place clean and very quiet. loved the place and the breakfast, room has good AC and we had a wonderful stay there as a couple ❤️❤️? Everything is good and of really good value

Very nice place to stay. All staff is friendly and open for any customer requests. Clean and modern rooms. Shared kitchen is neat and furnished with everything that is required for a cooking. Highly recomment that place.
