Cappadocia Fairy Chimneys Selfie Cave Hotels - Special Class

Location was nice. It was not in the center of town. But it was close to the Castle view point. This town had better restaurants and facilities. The views of the hot air balloons at sunrise were amazing. Car parking at the hotel was easy. Rooms were nice and bathrooms were very good. Had requested an early check in that was approved. Upon arrival, was not provided the room as requested. In fact, had to wait one hour more than the standard check in for the room to be ready. The service from the staff is not attentive to help you with luggage, better to consider this a self service type of hotel. The room provided was really hot as there was heat coming from the floor. So ventilation was an issue.

The staff ( Mr Nurlan) very fun, helpful, patient and informative. He helped us in quick and swift room services. The property was unique and had a nice scenic view. The open common area can be more clean.

The room was clean, very comfortable, and the breakfast was great. The location was excellent for sightseeing visitors.

Breakfast was nice as well with a variety of salty and sweet options all served to you with a smile and a turkish coffee. -Dinner menu was limited but whatever they had it was delicious. -We got a suit and it was spacious with a sauna jacuzzi and a chimney, also the living room was furnished in the traditional turkish style with low tables and sofas, my only take was that the two tv’s in the room were outdated and still operate with a receiver full of turkish tv channels, no options for streaming or youtube, other than that the stay was nice and the staff tried their best despite the language barrier.

LOCATION & VIEWS FROM ROOM BATHROOM HEATER WAS NOT WORKING, BED WAS TOO SOFT & GAVE ME BACK PAIN, TOO MANY STEPS TO GO UP AND DOWN, LIMITED BREAKFAST MENU, NO INTERNATIONAL POWER SOCKETS IN ROOM, DOOR LOCK WAS VERY HARD TO OPERATE, PLACE LOOKS RUN DOWN AND OLD, NEED RENOVATION

This is a really special place. Not like anywhere we have stayed before. Actual rooms made out of caves. The room was sooooo hot. But reception helped us turn it down.

This property is perfectly located for all your excursions. Staying by the Nevsehir castle was perfect. The staff was outstanding, especially Ruslan he helped us arrange a horseback ride and spa day. He was critical in making our stay in Cappadocia excellent! Nothing, it was the perfect match of value to amenities!

I recommend this place Nothing specially. Just to tell what to expect. Cave rooms have dust, normal thing, because of stone they are made of. Cappadocia is a dusty place. Those who expect British breakfast, don't get your hops high, you get a lot of cheese and little meat. That is Turkish breakfast
