Friendly staff! Orkan the staffs booked our airport shuttle effectively and got us really good deal on balloon flights. He is very responsive on our needs.

Had some style about it in a funky way. Not first class but we don’t go for that any way. More genuine and down to earth. Communication from the manager prior and during our stay was excellent. You need to like walking hills as it’s a little steep and not for ppl unsteady on their feet. However that was part of what we liked, narrow cobble stone streets, old country euro style. The hotel and area had a great vibe. Parking would be a mess in peak season I would guess but this is true almost everywhere. We had zero issues in September tho.

Beautiful hotel with magnificent views. The owners are lovely and very accomodating. Close to town centre and restaurants, supermarkets etc.

The location with the view of the castle and the hillside was just stunning. Wonderful breakfast and service. Rooms were unique and comfortable. Walkable to the little center of Uchisar, we loved our stay and would go back With no air conditioning or window there was no airflow in our room. They did provide fans for us, which was great, but with a family of 5 the room got very stuffy. Probably any time other than summer or with less people it would not be a problem. Also a night light would help for it is pitch black when lights out. Cannot see when walking around. I opened the door window a little to get a Crack of light. Beauty of sleeping in a cave ?

The location is amazing, good view of the city but very quiet at night. Walk distance to many sites. Room has No windows with high humidity.

Very friendly staff, good suggestions to where to find the best value for money things to do.

Rooms was clean but AC was not working properly.

The only negative is, if you are driving in, the location can be difficult to get in and out, it's a two way narrow road but it only fits one car LOL but this is typical for the area and to get these type of views it's well worth it.

Nice bathrooms, nice rooms and very good heating during winter. Stay away from the cave rooms due to black mould. If you have asthma, be very careful. Staff was helpful but they totally dismissed our concerns regarding mould.

The helpful and friendly staff. We arrived early and couldn't check in immediately. However, they suggested a tour of the area, which included a wonderful pottery factory tour. Beautiful!
