As the title suggests, this stay totally deserves it. The room was not only very spacious but it was very clean and certainly beautiful. There’s a luxurious interior pool downstairs which really sets out a vibe, and the breakfast buffet has lots of options, all of them being delicious! But what gave out the 10/10 is undoubtedly the staff, especially Noor at the reception who was heartwarmingly amazing and generously accommodating to my needs. The whole staff would go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and well. May God bless you all. It truly made me feel at home, if not better :) would definitely come back!

The property was new and clean. The property was rated as a five star but really it’s just a new three star hotel. Everything from the showerhead to the lamps are low quality. The room had a deck, but nothing to see.

The location was a bit remote. But since we were driving it was not too inconvenient. Rooms are cleaned only on request and the request should be made to the morning staff only. We asked the night staff but the message was not conveyed so for three days our room was left unattended.

What truly sets By Han Hotel apart, however, is the exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Whether it was offering restaurant recommendations or making sure I had everything I needed, their attention to detail was remarkable. It was clear that they genuinely care about their guests’ comfort and satisfaction.
